Bottle. Pours clear gold with soapy white head. Aroma of ginger, herbal and spicy. Flavor is much the same with a nice maltiness and light alcohol spice. Medium body with medium-high carbonation. Overall, not bad at all buy I probably would enjoy this more if it were a bit on the lighter side in this Texas heat. jcwattsrugger (12420) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - JUL 7, 2012
22oz bottle-pours yellow/gold with a big white head. Aroma is soft, ginger, lemon. Taste is ginger, sweet wheat, lemon. zgaier (1951) - Coral Springs, Florida, USA - JUL 20, 2012
On tap at whole foods NYC. Pours a golden yellow with a white head and aroma of ginger and spices. Taste is heavy on ginger and spices, as well as wheat and malt throughout. Nice, different brew featuring ginger. annunz123 (957) - Taunton, Massachusetts, USA - SEP 20, 2012
Ginger, citrus, and grassy hops in the aroma. Flavor starts with malt and grassy hop bitterness Ginger, citrus, and some alcohol in the finish. I love ginger, but if you don’t you won’t like it as much as me. smcolw (617) - Boston, Massachusetts, USA - JAN 28, 2014
Moderate head; slight amounts of lace. Chill haze present on an otherwise straw-gold color.
Definitive ginger in the nose and very little else.
Light on the wheat, although its mildly present on the initial sip. The rest of the story is the ginger. Lightly biting, really quite smooth for a ginger ale. The aftertaste is modest but long lasting. The body is neutral, but good. This is an easy-to-drink, but unusual beer.

22o bottle, thanks nimbleprop. Small white head atop clear apple juice body. Aroma is medium sweet, ginger, allspice, some lemon/orange. Taste is medium sweet, ginger. Fairly dry finish. Light-medium body, alcohol hardly noticeable. Definitely does what it sets out to do -- ginger beer. blipp (9268) - La Mesa, California, USA - DEC 28, 2009
Bottle. Pours gold with a white head. Lemony ginger aroma with some honey sweetness. The flavor has fresh sharp ginger, lemon, and a light sweetness. I’m not usually too keen on ginger flavored beers but this one hit me the right way for some reason. Very refreshing. ben4321 (6500) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - MAR 9, 2010

Aroma: Aroma is overpoweringly ginger, with some other spices and some lemon
Appearance: Pours a clear golden-orange color with a thin, fizzy white head
Flavor: Flavor is rather sweet, lots of ginger and some lemongrass
Palate: This one is fairly light, with a tingly mouthfeel, and a fizzy carbonation
This one is fairly one-dimensional, most likely intentionally so. It’s pretty flavorful for what it is, tons of ginger and quite sweet. Maybe a little too sweet for my taste, and I can’t imagine drinking this one if you dislike ginger. It left me wanting some variety of Asian food...
**Just submitted a photo for this one as well, as it was missing one.
Clear golden pour. Very fresh ginger aroma. Intense, ginger dominates. Some floral notes. Bitter wheaty flavor with ginger. Not as overpowering as in the aroma. Nice and balanced with a little sweetness. brainlair (236) - Maryland, USA - APR 4, 2010
22oz Bottle. Pours a pale cloudy yellow with a big white head. Smells nice, like lots of fresh ginger, with a touch of yeast and citrus underneath. Taste has bitter yeast and citrus, with a background of ginger that’s not nearly as appealing as the aroma. Finish is a bit underwhelming, thin with an unsatisfying bitterness.
