Aroma: Aroma is overpoweringly ginger, with some other spices and some lemon
Appearance: Pours a clear golden-orange color with a thin, fizzy white head
Flavor: Flavor is rather sweet, lots of ginger and some lemongrass
Palate: This one is fairly light, with a tingly mouthfeel, and a fizzy carbonation
This one is fairly one-dimensional, most likely intentionally so. It’s pretty flavorful for what it is, tons of ginger and quite sweet. Maybe a little too sweet for my taste, and I can’t imagine drinking this one if you dislike ginger. It left me wanting some variety of Asian food...
**Just submitted a photo for this one as well, as it was missing one.
A perfect beer for autumn, it pours a golden honey color, with a prominent ginger aroma. Ginger and honey come through on the taste as well, as does a slight citrus. drowland (8955) - Georgia, USA - SEP 9, 2012
9/3/12. On tap at Kickback’s. Clear golden pour with a nice khaki head that laces a ton. Light wheat and citrus on the aroma with barely a kick of spicy sweetness. Sweet wheat and citrus along with a touch of sweet ginger. There’s also a lingering tannic bitterness. Eh. mcox90 (2119) - Wilton, New Hampshire, USA - SEP 18, 2012
22 oz bottle. Pours orange/gold with a 1/2" off white head. Aroma is heavy on the ginger. Flavor is also mostly ginger with a bit of wheat and malt. Moderate bodied. Ok, but to heavy on the ginger. BroSpud (2233) - , Massachusetts, USA - DEC 11, 2009
Large bottle. For some reason I’m not really into ginger beers all that much even though I do like the non-alcoholic ones. It seems like the combination of ginger and alcohol tends to give me a headache. That said, this one seems pretty good. A nice crisp wheat beer with the strong smell and taste of ginger. For those who are into this kind of thing they should be pleased. For me, I suddenly have a headache.

Bottle/22 - Poured a slightly hazy straw yellow in color with a tight bright white head that stuck around for a while. Small lacing on the glass. Aroma is of lemon, ginger, unidentifiable spices and a small amount of very floral hops. Flavor is medium of the floral hops with plenty of the ginger, honey and lemon acidity. Finish is quite clean with lingering lemony notes. Clean, balanced and well worth drinking. swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - DEC 21, 2009

2010-02-19. Lightly hazy golden yellow, small white head. Sweetish ginger aroma. Flavour is similar, pleasant ginger throughout, very light bitterness. Simple but pleasantly quaffable. Average palate. Bottle shared by someone I forgot to write down. HogTownHarry (7064) - Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, CANADA - FEB 17, 2011
February 19, 2010 tasting with blankboy, garthicus, gregclow, jerc & mabel. My 22oz bottle. Hazy gold pour with an average, bog-standard white bottle head. Sharp aroma, fresh ginger and hand soap (??! - 6-). The taste is lovely - fresh ginger, a welcome dearth of Jergens - maybe a little sweet, but simple and refreshing. Average body, strong carbonation (aren’t all ginger beers big on the fizzy?), slightly sticky in the finish. Didn’t like the aroma much, but overall a solid ginger beer. drjay44 (3799) - Salida, Colorado, USA - JUL 1, 2012
650 ml. bottle. Pours a medium, short lived off white head, with some lacing, over a clear dark gold (SRM 6) body....nose is wheat malts, light citrus, ginger....taste is lemon, ginger, light wheat, finishing with a light bitterness and an almost chili burn, later as it warms there is a light floral honey tone....mouth feel light of medium, carbonation high with an almost soda quality. This is an American Wheat with a ginger addition. It is not particularly complex nor interesting and the ginger is too dominant. BJCP 6/3/11/4/6
