Pours a transparent effervescent golden with a thin ring of wispy white head. Aroma of sweet ginger and light caramel with a touch of bananas. Starts with decent fullness and light caramel and candied ginger sweetness with a touch of doughy yeast before a drier, smooth finish. A pretty decent brew. mar (5456) - Dallas, Texas, USA - JUN 25, 2012
pale yellow with a white head. nose is ginger, light banana and wheat. very light on the palate, it’s like eating a bunch of ginger, with a light wheaty finish. nick76 (4403) - Tampa, Florida, USA - JUL 31, 2012
The aroma is a bit funky but has a bit of ginger and honey. The appearance is golden with a thin head. The taste is like aroma with a malty finish. The palate is smooth. Overall it’s good but muted I seem to have a thing for ginger. Palidor19 (3194) - Brandon, Florida, USA - JUL 31, 2012
strong flavors of the ginger, the beer has a nice malty character. smooth body with a very little hop characters. the beer is a winner among the true lovers. AshtonMcCobb (7027) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - AUG 27, 2012
650 ml bottle. Pours golden with a slim head. The nose has ginger powder or preserved ginger, almost ginger ale if that doesn’t sound too obvious. The taste has more tangy ginger, this time more of the fresh stuff. The palate is medium bodied with a long tight texture and a long tangyu finish. Overall, great balance though slightly missing the wheat aspect.

Bottle. Light to moderate hay, flowers and perfume for the malt and hops, light soap for the yeast, with notes of honey, ginger and lemon peel. Head is small, fizzy, white with no lacing and is mostly diminishing. Coloris sparkling clear light amber. Falvor starts moderately acidic and the long finish is lightly acidic and moderately bitter. Palate is on the lighter side of medium, watery with a lively carbonation. All of the adjuncts in this beer stand out nicely in the finish. Tmoney99 (15114) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - OCT 23, 2012
Bottle. Poured clear amber color with an average frothy to large white head that was mostly lasting with fair lacing. Moderate wheat, citrus hop and light ginger aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium spicet & sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where just met.

Pale yellow. Aroma is ginger and a hint of peach. Flavor is lightly of wheat, followed by ginger. Not aggresive, pretty balanced. Not bad. Sweetness on the finish detracts a touch. johnnnniee (4457) - Bedford, New Hampshire, USA - MAY 27, 2011
Picked this up on a whim.
Pours a deep golden color with a stingy white head that dissipates quickly and leaves minimal lacing. The aroma is overwhelmingly ginger with some honey and lemon overtones. At first the smell reminded me of the Japanese steak house then I imagined halls honey lemon cough drops. Taste is more ginger with honey and lemon in there for fun. I got a hint of alcohol in an otherwise dry finish. Slightly syrupy/watery mouthfeel, medium to thin body and carbonation. Well this one isn’t one of my favorites. It grew on me after a while, but reminded me a lot of some gruits I’ve tried. One and done.

Pretty refreshing. Mix of flavors between a real ginger ale and a wheat beer. This could be good but taste is flat.
