Nothing special here. Lots of better Rye IPA’s out there. Two Brothers Cane and Abel as well as Founders Red Rye P.A. are far superior. It’s bitter without a great flavor profile to back it up. Seems out of balance. Smells like a bitter IPA with some caramel thrown in. The rye is underwhelming. Pours a off orange with a medium white head. Some lacing. Got more bitter with each sip and as it warmed without releasing any complex flavors like I’ve experienced in other Rye IPA’s. It came in a variety pack, so at least I wasn’t saddled with more than two of them.
Orange-gold in color with a slight sudsy head. Flavor has a rye bite and a floral hop character. A nice IPA with some bite. GenDV138 (7579) - Falls Church, Virginia, USA - NOV 27, 2015

EBD 11/15/14. Pours a clear medium amber with a slight hint of garnet. World class head volume, lacing and retention.
Outstanding nose of pine, citrus and spicy rye over a biscuit and caramel base.
Medium body with a slick texture. Slightly above normal carbonation with a bit of effervescence in the middle and a strong burst in the finish.
The flavor profile is intense, moderately complex and well balanced. It begins with a bready rye note that is a bit spicy. The middle brings a mild bitterness that has a bit of rind and pine flavor. As the bitterness fades, a rich malt sweetness comes to the forefront coupled with mango notes from the hops. The finish is a slow fade of rind, caramel and a nice rye bite. Hop resin aroma, reddish colour. Not too bitter, some rye afteratse, could be a bit heavier bodied, although it’s medium bodied. Decent I guess. ordybill (1815) - Douglasville, Georgia, USA - FEB 19, 2015
Poured from a 12OZ bottle into a pint glass.
Aroma- Has a slight yeast and pine aroma
Appearance- This brew is a great amber to orange color with a nice white head.
Taste- Has an excellent flavor of citrus, pine and hops that goes down well.
Palate- A medium bodied beer with moderate to high carbonation has a dry finish.
Overall- I really like this beer, I don’t see it being sold often down in Georgia, but the next time I see I will pick up a few bottles.

Pours from 12 oz bottle a light clear copper-amber color with a finger of frothy white, craggley head. Aroma of some light prickly rye, some malt, some tropical fruits, floral & grassy hops, and some sweet tones. Flavour of bready pale malts, fruity and floral hops, with a spicy rye in the finish. Enjoyable beer ! Iznogud (4070) - CROATIA - FEB 8, 2015
