On tap. Pours clear pale golden with foamy white head. Sweet grainy malt with floral and citrus and yeasty spiciness. Flavor is sweet light grainy malt, lemon, citrus, with biscuit malt underlying notes, and spicy yeast finish. Crisp and refreshing. Really nice Pilsner.

Reviewed from notes.
The appearance was a hazy straw yellow colored body with a one finger white bubbly head. The head lasts about a good thirty seconds, rapidly rising bubbles are seen rising.
The smell had the Czech Saaz (bitter and pounding) hops up front (reminding me a bit like Sam Adam’s Noble Pils). Nothing else really comes out.
The taste was a bit bready and eventually the malts and hops kick start a full flavored peppery bready taste wonderfully combined.
The palate sat about a light to medium, slightly bitter with a decent amount of carbonation coming out on the tongue.
Overall, this is a solid summer beer well worthy of having again if I lived in its distro. Creedence (309) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - FEB 16, 2014
Pale straw yellow, thin white head that disappears. A lot of tomato, cooked vegetables, some caramel and grass on the nose. Light sweetness, light hoppiness to taste. A good deal of veg on the finish, sparkling carb, medium body. Not my kind of pilsner. smcolw (617) - Boston, Massachusetts, USA - JAN 28, 2014
Good starting head, but it dies too quickly and leaves little lace on the glass. The color is pale gold with no cloudiness at all.
Malted grain aroma with a mild floral hop nose. Attractive with no raw grain smells.
Peppery initial taste. This changes to a mellowed pale malt flavor. But the swallow reverts to the pepper from the hop. Relatively complex with a full mouthfeel and ample carbonation. Classic pils flavors that I think could compete against more famous versions.

Yellow with a white head. Aroma is grain and wheat. Flavor is grain, grass and wheat. Thin mouthfeel and medium carbonation. ganache (5846) - New Jersey, USA - MAR 17, 2013
Bottle best by 09/19/12, so fingers crossed. Thin, slightly tangy nose is lemony and quasi-yeasty, pours clear yellow golden with a bright white rocky head that reminds of frosting or root beer floats -- but with legs. Taste lightly sweet and faintly bitter, crisp and quenching with light lemon and grass, but things are squeezed here and not ultra-clean. Even a metallic tone. Lightish body. Held up fine. Poured from bottle. Aroma faint sweet malt and hops. Light gold, head that persists. Flavors of malt, sugar, dry hops and pear Slightly metallic aftertaste. Dry feel. Pretty drinkable. OK. Malty_MacHops (688) - Eastanollee, Georgia, USA - OCT 26, 2012
Light hay and grass aromas blended into floral hops. Straw with a fluffy white head. Balanced with notes of grass and hay and maybe a touch citrus. Crisp and light with a dry finish.
