Pours an average clear yeller wit’ a strong apple juice nose. Kinda has a light, airy tingle. Yeehaw. Flavor is a funky perfumy peach and apple. Average mouthfeel. Weird taste.
Pours pale straw into the glass, with a fizzed out cola head. The nose is of pears. The sour flavors contain some processed version of Granny Smith apples, unripened pears, and maybe just a hint of sour lemon at the finish. As sours go, it’s not acidic... the body is thin, the mouthfeel is watery, and the texture... well, there really isn’t any complexity here. A good "starter" cider, I guess, but nothing to write home about or have again. Unimpressive. bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - FEB 8, 2010
(12oz bottle, from Cavie) Pours a clear pale yellow body. Aroma of pear, apple, and light sulfur. Flavor of light apple with a watery mouthfeel. Weak. SuIIy (1983) - Burlington, Vermont, USA - FEB 8, 2010
Bottle. Pours a clear, light yellowish green color with a fizzy head that soon becomes nothing. Light hints of apple and biscuits in teh nose. Palate is thin and fizzy. Flavor of apples and biscuits with a light sweetness. Refreshing and light, not bad. thirdeye11 (6160) - Dallas, Texas, USA - JAN 17, 2010
( 12oz bottle ... courtesy of cavie) Pours clear as water with some carbonation but no head. Nose of apple, funk. Taste of lake, watered down apple concentrate. Lingers with rotten apples. This is nasty.

Draft: Apple aroma with buttery rubbery tinges. Clear yellow, little carbonation. Watery with weak apple flavor, dry rubbery finish. Good apple variety choice, awful execution. Weak AND flawed. Immediately re-rated because I was a bit harsh. I guess my disappointment was magnified by the rating. It isn’t a drainpour (0.8), but it isn’t very good either. Compassionately uprated. You’re a ruthless little cunt, Liam, I’ll give you that. But I’ve got no time for grassers. Feed ’em to the pigs, Errol. SHit cider, gold, made from old apples. had at the Houston Flying Saucer, but why? Nigeyy (2) - USA - DEC 6, 2009 does not count
I find the ratings of this cider curious -as a long long time cider drinker (didn’t even used to drink beer until I moved from the UK to the USA) I find this cider to be by far and away the best American dry cider I’ve tasted. No fizzy sickly sweet stuff but a true dry taste of apples. On a hot day, this one hits the spot.
Is it because the other reviewers aren’t regular cider drinkers? pyromt30 (27) - Lebanon, USA - NOV 29, 2009
I recently started drinking ciders. As far as ciders go this is one of the best I have had. Very crisp and clean as well as refreshing! BückDich (5464) - McCall, Idaho, USA - NOV 29, 2009
Bottle: Flat, no head. Nose is light with apple but more on the sulpher and burnt wood side. The flavor is sweet and tepid with a cloying aftertaste and a dull thin body. Not very up front with the fresh apples or showing off a more dry yeasty musky side either. Kinda boring.
