Bottle. Moderate hop flavor with slight bitterness and a nice touch of citrus. Smooth and easy to drink - nice hot weather beer.

Not too bad. Itís not the best IPA Iíve ever had, but I have a special place for it in my heart since itís the first IPA I tried. Really nice bitter taste to it, and delivers on many levels!

Not a big IPA fan but this was pretty easy going compared to others Iíve had (Schlafly, Sierra Nevada, etc) Gotta love taste-testing parties.

When I think IPA I think big hop flavor...and the Harpoon IPA just doesnít seem to deliver that.

Good beer. Pours an orange color with a thin head. Has a hint of spiceyness and is hoppy.

Cappadonna (110) - Delray Beach, Florida, USA - AUG 16, 2006
Pours a deep gold with white foamy head and decent carbonation. The aroma is sweet and hoppy with citrus notes. Starts sweet in the mouth and then followed by a nice hoppy bitterness. Very well balanced. Silky on the mouth with very slight alcohol finish.

BOTTLE: Really starting to appreciate IPAs. This one is less hoppy than some, but floral and very drinkable. Pours a clear golden amber with rocky white head. Delightful and lingering aroma. Medium to light, but not thin, body. Nothing special, short finish; but so pleasant going down first sip to last that I would have just ordered another if I werenít driving. BUY AGAIN? Definitely

pours a nice gold with a 2 finger head that fades to a thick lacing. smell is citrus and pine. nice medium malt flavor with a solid bitterness that lasts. one of my favorite beers to drink regularly, especially on a hot day like today

Iím not big on IPAs, but this offering from Harpoon is refreshing. Very hoppy but without the bite that many IPAs bring to the table, itís a great beer to sit back and enjoy.

Way too much hops for my liking, even for an I.P.A. , still a good beer, but definitely the breweries worst beer.
