COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
UFO Pale Ale is our twist on a traditional British Pale Ale. It pours a vibrant amber color with a medium malt body and an assertive hop character throughout. This beer is well balanced, with grassy, flowery hop flavors and aromatics. Like the rest of our UFO beers we leave it UnFiltered for more natural taste, a soft, full mouthfeel, and a distinctive cloudy appearance. UFO Pale Ale is perfect for an autumn’s evening, a night out or just a change of pace. We hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoy brewing it! Cheers!

Amber color with white head. A heavy cinnamon smell, also malt and hop. Taste is pretty bland, a little metallic tasting. Not my fave

Pours light amber. Nose is citrusy, flowers with some deep herbal hops and some nutty caramel malts. Flavor is similar but hops are subdued and the malt takes over a bit. Medium light body. pretty meh.

Pours hazy orange with a fair bit of lacing head. Aroma is dominated by grass, straw, and a bit of bitter resin. Taste is sweet with a bitter crisp finish. Very enjoyable beer

Poured as part of a taster. Golden colored and a bit hazy. Small head with some lacing. Yeast is apparent on the nose, not very bitter at all and just felt like it was missing something.

At the source. Light amber color with light head. Minimal lacing. Very light body, easy drinking though. Looking for more hop "oomph"

This is marginally better than the other UFOs. Aroma was the same but it had more flavor. To sweet for a pale ale though.

12 oz bottle. I like this as much as like their other UFO... not a heck of a lot. Citrus is overwhelming. Acidic. Can taste some hops. Not much body.

Bottle, this ale had a hazy orange pour and gave more than a one finger of off-white head, effervescence was pretty faint in the glass but it is hard to tell with the sediment floating around, this beer left some nice rings, fingers and spots of lacing on the sides of the glass, no sediment in the bottle – it ended up in the glass, the aromas were citrus and floral hops, toasted malt and some caramel, some orange and lemon fruit with a little citrus, a little bread on the nose with some malt sweetness, the flavors were toasted malt, citrus hops and bread with a little hop bitterness that trails after the finish, the mouth feel was less than medium with a little creaminess and soft carbonation, a pale ale with a nice nose and flavor.
