COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
UFO Pale Ale is our twist on a traditional British Pale Ale. It pours a vibrant amber color with a medium malt body and an assertive hop character throughout. This beer is well balanced, with grassy, flowery hop flavors and aromatics. Like the rest of our UFO beers we leave it UnFiltered for more natural taste, a soft, full mouthfeel, and a distinctive cloudy appearance. UFO Pale Ale is perfect for an autumns evening, a night out or just a change of pace. We hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoy brewing it! Cheers!

Unfiltered amber, pale head. Nose of floral hops and sweet malts. Flavor of sweet malts and hops. Easy to drink but not memorable, and totally crushed by the Leviathan that had just been poured for me.

12oz bottle. Clear light gold with a very large white foamy-creamy head. Smells of grain and crushed-seed bitterness - tastes like a standard light lager (sans adjuncts) mixed with appleseed - sort of dull, and it seemed a tad more alcohol-forward than I would expect, but its a little light-bodied, so perhaps it is just contrast; solidly carbonated though, grainy aftertaste.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a cloudy red orange with pretty big yellow-tinged white head. Smells of old citrus hops, watery bread. Taste is at first a bite of hops with a nice malt backbone, spices noticeable, tastes almost wheaty, which gives way to a sort of sourness, and finally watery hops on the finish. Medium-bodied. Decent.

12 oz bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with soapy offwhite head. The aroma is actually rather nice--grapefruit, tangerine, chrysanthamum, vanilla, lemon zest, and a surprisingly evident yeastiness, all over a sort of white raisin sweetness. The flavor lets me down a little bit after the nice nose. Theres a stale toast note right off the bat that turns me off. Then yeast and lemon zest kick in, along with some saltine cracker and papery hops. A slight bitter edge marks the finish, leaving a grapefruit and cardboard aftertaste. Drinkable, but not great.

Tap @ TacoMac, Crabapple. Deep orange color. White head. Pours with very little haze. Does not appear to be an Unfiltered Offering. Decent lace. Flavor of sweet pale malt. Crisp, light, and refreshing. Finishes with a distant mild citrus hop. Basic APA. Aroma has a touch of biscuit and very light orange zest. Forgettable.
