Sampled from the tap at Republic 7C. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has a good amount of light fruits with Belgian yeast and spice backed by light grains. Flavor has earthy grains supported by yeast, light fruit and Belgian spice.

Draft at the Rival House in St Paul. Big, burning saison. Golden and frothy. The alcohol is quite evident. Bubblegum and yeasty sugar. (#5693, 8/30/2014) commonmac (1314) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - AUG 23, 2014
Tap at Chipotle Cultivate festival. Plastic cup. Aroma is Belgian yeast and hops. Light to medium orange. Spicy, flavorful on the initial taste. Sweetness from malt makes its presence felt while hops and alcohol come into play as the sip completes its journey. Divine might be a little over the top but still a very enjoyable beer. Hats off to Harriet. JK (6254) - St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA - JUL 19, 2014
I have had this many times but most recentlu at the brewery; not sure how I have not rated it before. In any event, it has a floral hop aroma with some Belgian yeast but this is not like a Belgian ipa. Sweet malt and sugar with some hops as well. This is hard to shoehorn into a style but Belgian strong will do given the yeast. Lasting floral aftertaste on the palate. falco242 (398) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - FEB 12, 2014
Sweet and bready aroma, but a hazy gold pour that looks a biy flat. Sweet taste with spice and clove and alcohol on the palate. Not too bad overall, but not their best either. cards04 (2874) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - JAN 4, 2014
Aromas of banana, sweet grains, honey. Flavors are sweet and malty. A bit of hops and booze at the end. A nice Belgian ale.
