Tap pour at Muddy Pig in a pint glass. A deep amber color with a steady if unspectacular head. Very little aroma. A really good dunkel weiss representation. Taste is sweet yeast with an undertone of tart. Strangely, it brings to mind Belgium in all its greatness. Seek this Harriet option out.

Pour on tap, dark brownish pour with off white head, aroma brought notes of dark fruit, banana, clove, hints of dark caramel, toffee, slight white fruit notes in there as well, hints of yeast. Taste is a mix of dark fruit, caramel, toffee, some vanilla, clove, and banana, slight bubblegum, yeasty, spice, finishing bitter.

Tap. Pour is medium brown, thin white head. Aroma is banana, cloves, medium roasted malt, some grain. Taste is big banana and lemon, cloves and spice, wheat across the front, malt across the finish.

Tap. Aroma of banana, caramel, and malt. Taste is slightly sweet and thin to medium bodied. Decent domestic version of my favorite German style.

Tap. Burgundy color. Faint sweet yeasty aroma. Smooth throughout, some sweet malt yeastiness. Delicious and very nice to drink.

Tap at Lyndale Tap House. This is a good dunkelweiss. Appropriately roasted malt. Aroma includes bubblegum and sweet wheat. One of the better domestic examples I have had anywhere.

Had it at MN state fair. Some nice fruit and good malt backbone. Kind of doughy though
