Draft. Gold with white head. Pretty standard piney and citrusy pale ale. Nice and drinkable but not terribly memorable. Ed5388 (3488) - Forked River, New Jersey, USA - JAN 11, 2015
On draft at the brewpub. Poured a clear golden orange color with a small foamy white head. Nice aroma of sweet tropical fruit, caramel malt, and hints of pine sap. Taste of bitter pineyness, citrus zest, and sweet caramel malts. yespr (48916) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - JAN 11, 2015
From tap. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is grapefruity. Crisp hoppy. Smooth fruity, crisp hoppy. Lingering fruity and light bitter into a crisp fruity finish. jtclockwork (17634) - , New Jersey, USA - FEB 12, 2013
Draft from back log. Pours amber with off white head. Nose and taste of citrus, peel, caramel malt and sticky resin. Medium body. wnhay (722) - Princeton, New Jersey, USA - APR 6, 2006
Tap at the brew pub. Stronger version perhaps? Poured golden with a thick off white head. Head retention was good. Citrus, casade, graitfruit, caramel and candy fruits are hinted at in the aroma. Solid taste with a strong hop profile. Hints of pine come into thet taste. Pretty full mouthfeel. Solid beer. I would have this again.

on tap-pours an offwhite head with hazy gold color. Aroma is hops. Taste is a biting hops, slick mouthfeel like a 2IPA or cask version, citrus. OK carbonation. Then with food, this beer is better, reducing the edge of the biting hops. pobenohne (504) - Northern Liberties, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 2, 2005
Two pints on draft at the Brewery. Hazy deep orange brew, thin head, little lacing. Great hop aroma and flavor - fresh and obviously dry hopped. Fermented out, nice and dry. willblake (2664) - Bel Air, Maryland, USA - AUG 13, 2005
08.13.05 Tap at brewpub. Rusty amber pour under small white head. Straight cascade aroma over light bread with orange marmalade. Quite dry and bitter for a brewpub IPA. Lots of grapefruit and a hint of cat piss. Finish is lackluster, not at all dry enough. Jine (903) - Nutley, New Jersey, USA - MAY 21, 2005
5.20.05 at brewpub. 6.1% abv.
Pretty dark for an IPA, almost copper color. Hops is key here in aroma and taste. Plenty of bitter going on, well balanced. Flows well. Very nice. swirl (267) - collingswood, New Jersey, USA - APR 17, 2005
Clear copper appearance with some strong hops on the nose.A little nuttiness to the taste that has a crisp bitter taste that is balanced nicely against the malt. An easy drinker which finishes smooth.
