Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, cereal, toasted, sweet malt, bready. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, vegetables, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Chriso Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011 "Donkey Dork Lord Edition". Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, bready malts, some herbs and mild wooden notes. Flavour is caramel malts, some fruits, mild caramel and also some floral bitter notes.
Bottle at chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig ’11. It pours light golden-yellow, with a thin foamy white head. The nose is sweet pear, red apple and sweet malt. The taste is sweet fruit (pear, apple and peach), hay, straw and toasted malt, with a sweet fruity finish. Light body and low carbonation. Ok. 500ml bottle from the Brewery shop, 15th Oct 2010. Light amber with a small diminishing white head. Nose has cloves, dusty hops and some toffeeish malt. Taste is balanced. Medium palate. Finish is quite sweet with a hint of oranges.
