Bottled. Light copper colour with a small off white head of large bubbles. Floral hops on the nose with some biscuity malt. A balance of malt and hop flavours, a sweet start and a dry bitter finish. Not bad.

Bottle from brewery in Lewes. Goes down extraordinarily well and could go the mile for any session at the pub. Not a huge amount of flavour but who cares!

Bottle @cgarvieuk. April Not So Fools Tasting 2014 [Rating Backlog April 2014] Pours golden with a white head. Nose is bland, slight floral hints. Taste is caramel, slightly sweet, slight un-ripe apples.

Another tasteless bitter, that’s thin and light. The pasteurization is gives it a funky club soda taste. Sour smell and taste with acidic. Lame

Bouteille 50cl, merci Pierre T. BB 06/2016.

Bottle from the Harvey’s online shop. Appearance - golden with a thin head. Nose - stewed apple. Taste - light toffee and more stewed apple. Palate - medium bodied with a creamy yet tangy texture and a fairly decent finish. Overall - a decent bitter.

Bottle from Harvey’s. It pours clear pale gold with small bubbly white head. The nose is toasty, grainy, straw, earth and bread. The taste is lightly bitter, grainy, straw, watery, pithy lemon, grassy, musty and bread with a short, dry finish. Light body and low carbonation. Pretty light, earthy and musty. Nowhere near as good as the cask version. Meh.

Malty upfront with some nuts and caramel in the middle. Bit thin and watery. Drinkable but boring piwo.
