COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: 275ml only. Also available on draught throughout December.

Christmas Ales popularity made it difficult to restrict its availability to just the Festive Season. Fortunately, the high alcohol level enables us to brew enough to last most of the year so enthusiasts can be kept happy all year round.

It is heavily hopped, dark and strong, like Christmas Pudding in a glass!

Contains: Barley and Oats.

Hopmaestro (1440) - rebro, SWEDEN - DEC 28, 2015
Aroma is sweet and malty, toffee and a slight red berry-ish sensation. Taste is slightly sticky toffee and a small plum sweetness. Theres also a slight umami sensation going on in the background, I cant really put words to it? Interesting take on a Christmas brew, and I will surely have a go or two on this little badboy in the future

ForlornHope (439) - Hampshire, ENGLAND - DEC 27, 2015
Bottle at home. Pours dark brown-red and pan flat, like stewed tea. Aroma of the same, with some red fruit. Slightly sweet to start, then an aggressive, astringent bitterness. Oily palate. More bitterness to follow with more stewed tea and plum fruits. Not very good.

imdownthepub (13713) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - DEC 26, 2015
Bottle Conditioned, 275ml from The Harveys Brewery Bottle Shop, Lewes, E.Sussex. arkish orange brown with off white head. There is a fruity, wine like character from the start, a little like a rum punch with random fruits thrown in, quite apt for a Christmas Day beer whilst roasting the turkey. The smooth maltiness is the dominating characteristic, but there is also an alcohol element, giving some nasal heat. Rather pleasant.

Seffle (455) - Mlndal, SWEDEN - DEC 25, 2015
Bottle from SB 151225. Dark coppery amber with light beige head. Very fruity nose, not citrus but overripe apples. Sweet malty and fruity palate with prunes and plumpudding. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
