Its time for the summer salmon run! Ever the traditionalist (and superstitious to boot), Harvie is a stickler for using his favourite salmon fly; a Hairy Mary. When fishings done, he settles down to enjoy a pint of this refreshing, citrusy, golden beer. Bliss...
A refreshing, citrusy, golden beer, named after the Brewerys favourite salmon fly.

Cask, one third pint at Jakes Place where it was served comfortably chilled. Clear, pale golden body, tiny white head, poor lacing. Moderate aroma of grain and fruity hops. Floral hops in the flavour profile joined by pale malts. Subdued bitter ending, semi dry. An easy to drink thirst quencher (pub crawl in Edinburgh with mr_h, 09.08.2013).
