Half pint cask at Charlies. Pours clear and golden and with little white head. Aroma is slight floral. Flavour is medium sweet to dry. Quite fruity towards floral. Finish holds a fresh bitter and floral note. Nice.

Ungstrup (37573) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - NOV 28, 2007
Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. A golden beer with a slight haze under a thin light orange head. The aroma is sweet with notes of dusty hops, and some stearin. The flavor is sweet malty with citrusy hop notes, leading to a dry and rather bitter finish.

Cask at Winstons Edinburgh ... Golden yellow ... musty hop ... bitter bitter bitter , and an unpleasent hoppyness.

fiulijn (20492) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 20, 2007
Cask at Charlie’s, Copenhagen
Golden color. The aroma has some grassy hop. Balanced flavor, dry malt, good grassy hop, and a quite clear yeast footprint that improves it. Dry and a bit astringent. Good and refreshing.

harrisoni (18578) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - JUL 8, 2005
Cask at Ship and Mitre, Liverpool Had just been to the Baltic Fleet home of the Wapping brewery and this beer was everything they were trying to be and just failing slightly. This is golden, clear, fresh, refreshing with lots of citrus flavours and acids and hops on the end. Good in mouth with long lasting finish of grapefruit

imdownthepub (14552) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - JAN 4, 2004
Cask Conditioned at a Wetherspoons. Pale golden with bubbly head. Lightly flavoured, malted lager type beer. Top fermented but crisp and sharp. Very refreshing, high condition, grapefruit juicy.

faroeviking (10913) - FAROE ISLANDS - DEC 13, 2007
Cask. Pours a nice clear golden colour with a fair white head. Soft bit flat mouthfeel. The flavour is quite fruity and hoppy with malt and some citrus. Well lasting dry hoppy and fruity finish.

DJMonarch (9179) - Northwich, Cheshire, ENGLAND - FEB 4, 2006
1. Cask Handpump at the Marble Arch Inn, Manchester 02/03/2003 Golden colour strong in alcohol and slightly fruity. Malt hop finish. 2. Cask Handpump at the Great Western Hotel, Exeter 11/03/2003 Golden colour sweet and slightly citrus flavour. Some creaminess in a lasting malt hop finish.

DruncanVeasey (8226) - NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - NOV 19, 2007
Nettle-accented leafy hop aroma. Straw hued beer pillowed with white froth. Grapefruit citrus bitterness with slivers of applepeel giving way to a long, smothering freshbread finish. Made everything else after taste bland in comparison. Pleasantly hoppy brew, but not quite up to their usual standards. Cask, Knickersby ’Spoons.
