From a bottle.Light gold in colour,some head.Quite hoppy,some apple,some twang,not too bad. Boystout (1000) - Chisinau, MOLDOVA - AUG 9, 2004
Strange label. Light in colour and gravity. Citrusy nose with light malty undertones. Refreshing dry hoppy taste. imdownthepub (15395) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - MAY 4, 2004
Bottled, Pasteurised. Golden colour with a thin head, little carbonation (intentional). Light and hoppy which always seems difficult in a pasteurised bottled beer, floral green flavour and a long crisp finish. johndoughty (5566) - cheslyn hay, West Midlands, ENGLAND - MAR 10, 2004
Lovely hoppy flavour dominates with citrus aftertastes swirling around. Golden appearance and all round a very classy beer. nigos (631) - Ipswich, Suffolk, ENGLAND - FEB 25, 2004
Golden lager like appearance with a foamy fast disappating head. Hoppy floral nose with a hint of perfume. Crisp floral hoppy taste with a bitter lasting finish. A good beer with bags of hops.
rauchbier (3940) - Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - JAN 25, 2004
Bottled. Gold, thin but lasting white head and quite low condition, although that is the intention. Sweet malt and grapefruity citrus hops in the nose. Fruity hops in the mouth with some slightly herbal notes and a suggestion of strawberries with warming. Quite dry and hop bitter in the finish. RobBestwick (971) - Calgary, Alberta, CANADA - JAN 24, 2004
citrusy hop aroma, golden in colour with a very small white head, quite hughly hopped with citrus and biscuity notes, very crisp, bitter finish, a refreshing brew. RichardGretton (4795) - Leicestershire, ENGLAND - JAN 17, 2004
Light English bitter appearance with a slightly sweet citric aroma and a hopped citric flavour. Overall a good quality beer.
