Aroma is smoke chocolate dark fruits and some booze. Appearance is black like old engine oil with a small tan head. Palate is slightly viscous with good carbonation. This beer is best aged. This bottle has been sitting around for months and significantly better from when first tasted. Overall excellent. Zita (6325) - Assentoft, DENMARK - MAY 11, 2014

Had a glass from a bottle at a tasting at The Anderson’s. Still plenty of foam. Sweet toasty chocolate nose. Wow, fairly dry, fresh-ish, caramel, no whiskey flavor.
