Half-pint, cask festival ale at JDWs William Morris in Hammersmith. Golden body, close to clear. Spotty lacing from a none existing head. Citrus hops to the nose. Blended taste of grapefruits and semi-sweet malts. Fresh twist of bittersweet ending, smooth and long lived. Not far form the classic Bitter & Twisted creation. Pleasing (07.11.2012)

Cask conditioned handpump Moon On The Square Northampton 08/11/12. A golden beer with a tight white head and lacing. Good sharp piney US hop notes with some citrus and some spict sting in the nose. Piney and sharp hoppiness in the mouth. Great hoppy bitterness. A good hoppy beer where the malts merely add body. DruncanVeasey (8260) - Nr NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - NOV 16, 2012
Cask handpull, The High Cross (JDW), Leicstaaa, 16/11/12. Deep-pillowed, thick-lacing pale gold. Pissy rabbit fur, lime zest, mild nuttiness on nose. Stewed, rasping grapefruit, lemon zest and Darjeeling hits. Dry hop, grapefruit finish softened with cashew malt. Pintworthy, but a touch too quinine/shampoo bitter even for me.
