Pours a hazy straw-hay hue into the glass with a small white head that leaves spotty lacing. The nose has berries and wet (fresh) hops. The bitter citrus, berries and grapefruit flavors are followed by a long spicy bitter finish. The mouthfeel is bright and crisp with active carbonation. A medium body ensues, quenching thirst with nice substantial complexity. Very good foreign take on the traditional American Pale Ale. Kudos!

A nice tangy citrus and tropical fruit. Palate is mdeium bodied, slightly grainy, semi-sweet, moderate carbonation, Drying finish. Pretty unusual but i dig it.

Flaske delt ombord p Fridtjofen, RBHD-treff aug-15: uklar strgul med hvitt skum. Innbydende, frisk aroma av New Zealand-humler (stikkelsbr, mango, aprikosmarmelade mm). Nydelig, fruktig smak, balansert og med middels bitter ettersmak. Vi sukker fornyd, en betimelig opptur.

Pint at The Beer Hall Staveley. Hazy amber with a clinging white head. Lime and tropical fruit, and a hint of cat pee in the aroma. Tropical fruit, stewed tea green vine flavour. Some astringency in the finish. For me, strongly reminiscent of Oakham Green Devil IPA, and not quite achieving the true lip-smacking I had hoped. But still a very good beer.

On cask at Hawkshead Beer Hall, Staveley - Clear orange body, thin white head. Lovely hop nose, bright tropical fruit character, hints of gooseberry, pineapple. grapefruit, orange peel. Refreshingly dry and juicy with a lovely pithy grapefruit bitterness that goes on and on.
