Yellow, hazy, thin white head. Smell of yoghurt, what, light malts. Light sweet, nice lemon acids, hints of funk, quite refreshing
Keg at Brewdog Birmingham; hazy golden yellow pour with a thin white head, aroma has some light funk and lemon, taste has some pleasant funk action, some grain, lemon and pineapple. Scopey (16550) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 15, 2015
Bottle from Beer Moth. It pours clear gold with a decent white head. The nose is earthy, brett, orange sherbet, Irn Bru, spice, funk, wheat, hay and bread. The taste is quite light...bitter, funky, earthy brett, straw, hay, spice, dirt, pretty, straw, damp mouldiness, lemon rind and must with a dry finish. Light - medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Nice aroma, but taste is a touch light and dirty. Underwhelming if truth be told. juffage (173) - Leeds, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - SEP 22, 2015
Bottle from work. Aroma of Bret and piss. The Bret is fairly strong with this one. Oaky horse blanket, grassy, musty, refreshing. Slight lemony note. Very well done. Not just flat Bret water like some other UK brewery which shall remain nameless does. Wheat beer bubble gum & liquorice in the aftertaste. gunnfryd (15645) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - MAY 2, 2015
Whats Brewing 2014. Golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is berries, brett, malt. Flavour is berries, brett, malt, yeast, fruit, banana, orange, wheat. Nice beer. jamestulloch (4470) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JAN 13, 2015
Bottle from Cornelius. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Light lacing. Aroma of funky yeast, honey, foam banana sweets, coriander, porridge oats and a hint of white pepper. Flavour of tart lemon, bread, herbs and minerals. Thin body with a light, oily texture. Soft fizz. From an excellent brewery, a really interesting beer - it’s like a Hefeweizen-Saison-Witbier blend.
