It pours bright yellow, immediately diminishing head though it retains some fizz. There’s a slight honey aroma but really not much there, taste is equally uninteresting.

Muggus69 (2659) - Yarram, Vic, AUSTRALIA - NOV 22, 2013
330ml bb 220314 Pale gold body with slightest haze. Bit of wispy lace hangs around. Mild aroma; husky cereal malts, bready yeast, faint hop citrus and diacetyl buttery character. Low carbonation, nice slickness adds extra weight to a medium body. Pilsner malts continue on the body, finishes with quite a low bitterness, subtle hop and yeasty character lingering. An ok drop, somewhat flawed.

gnoff (10793) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - AUG 22, 2013
Draught as part of a tasting paddle at Harts Pub, Sydney, on July 16, 2013.
As "Hawthorn Premium Pilsner".
Clear straw yellow to pale golden color, white head. Malty, dry, hoppy, herbal, fruity taste. Medium mouthfeel, medium high bitterness. Herbal aftertaste. Sweet, malty, vegetable scent.

Westkyoto77 (636) - Kyoto, JAPAN - FEB 28, 2013
Don’t usually drink a lot of pilsner, but this was pretty good after a long summers’ day. Light gold in colour, snow-white head. Silky body, slightly sour and grassy. Average carbonation. Went down a treat.

Rangi (672) - NEW ZEALAND - FEB 16, 2013
An average pilsner. Nice clear pale colour. Crisp and slightly bitter. Nothing really to write home about other than it tastes how it should taste for a pilsner and would hit the spot when your thirsty.

mkel07 (6239) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - JAN 19, 2013
330ml bottle from Slow Beer. Clean and bright golden amber colour with a low Evelyn white head. Sweet fruity aromas with some pineapple in there. Strong crisp flavour that sits in the mouth well.

Bif (2307) - St. Charles, Missouri, USA - SEP 6, 2012
Bottle- Pours a light golden color with a nice thick head that fades to some lacing. Mild aroma of fruit, bit of malt sweetness and a hint of grain. Taste as a bit of citrus with some malt sweetness and grain. Mild bitterness and a clean finish. Light body, mild crispness, smooth and a bit refreshing. Fairly generic for the style. Easy drinking beer, good for a few.

KeefOz (1890) - Tarragindi, AUSTRALIA - JUL 14, 2012
Poured a clear amber gold colour with a thin white foamy head that faded fast. Moderate carbonation. Aroma of sweeet malt and traces of hops characters. Taste of sweet grainy malt followed by very slight hops bitterness. Thin body. Short crisp, clean finish. Average.

maneliquor (3514) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - MAR 30, 2012
Bottle from Mane Liquor. As the poster below said, it’s a very safe beer. Light citrus and grassy tones. Very easy going without being bad at all. Solid introductory craft

Stew41 (2066) - Phuket, THAILAND - FEB 26, 2012
These guys are really making safe bets with respect to styles but in the main they are good enough if not terribly exciting. Dry, grassy hops, smart fizz levels, good persistence although a small touch of dumb adjunct-like sweetness takes the shine off. Representative of the style.
