12oz pour at Haymarket. Orange pour, white head. Loads of fruity hops, some pine notes, lemon, caramel, tropical fruit. Flavor is nice and hoppy with some good bready malts. NobleSquirrel (3439) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 11, 2013
Draft at Haymarket. Pours a deeper golden orange, well hazed with a sticky white head. Nose is catty and grapefruit. Some cedar notes and faint caramel and toast. On tasting, moderately high bitterness with a noted residual sweetness that is a bit out of balance. Biscuits and caramel to go with the citrus. Surprisingly catty as well. Okay. Fairly heavy pine with just a bit of residual sweetness. Light-medium body and a fairly heavy bitterness. A bit dank. crossovert (13833) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - APR 28, 2013
Mother of god is thi one amazing. Simcoe at it’s finest. Its juicy, nectar like, citrus, dank, resin, pine, dry finish,. Incredible. drewbeerme (3921) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - OCT 13, 2012
Draft at hay , aroma is really catty and melons., flavors are sweet caramel with juicy fruit and cat box. Sticky feel, sweet abd astringent finish. I guess this is sorta what you get here. Big hoppy blends that don’t work well with sweet caramel sticky malt bodies. I’m close to being done here.

poured from tap at haymarket. Poured into pint glass with a solid orange/gold color with a good foamy head.
Very floral aromas along with pears, citrus, and hops. Nice complexity with good depth as well.
Good medium body, but it’s all attack with a thinner mid and a light finish. There are fresh flavors of pears, citrus and florals.
A better and more complete feel would make this really damn good. I like the freshness to the hops, especially when smelled. TheAlum (7164) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - SEP 20, 2012
Draft on tap at the brewpub (Chicago, IL). Pours a more hazy darker orange amber hue, good glow, with frothy offwhite head that films and laces well. Aromas are grapefruit and pine, a bit catty with a strong Simcoe fruit feel. Touches of florals, pine, firm hopped nose with touches of grain, bread. Initial is medium bodied, fuzzy peach and grapefruit, firm bitterness up front moves into pine, florals. Some bready and biscuity malts. A touch catty, piney, perhaps a bit dank into the backend. Some fuzziness, lingering grapefruit and oranges, florals and grass. Touches of cat piss, bread,. Fresh and vibrant, a big Simcoe feel, but just not in tune with Amorphous. Solid fresh DIPA with a big Simcoe feel.. with the good and bad from that varietal.
