On tap @ Haymarket. Pour is golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fresh and full of citrus - orange, tropical fruit, clove, honey. Flavor is similar with a sweet and spicy finish. Dogbrick (13547) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - JAN 22, 2014
Sample at the brewpub. Hazy golden color with a medium off-white head that diminishes gradually. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, citrus and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of spicy hops, roast malt and citrus. The finish is moderately bitter with a lingering citrusy hops aftertaste. Pretty good overall. drfabulous (8481) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - JUL 25, 2013
Draught at brewpub. Yeasty and sweet IPA. Hoppy. Golden in color. This was really nice. ACHops (1614) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JUL 22, 2013
On tap @ Haymarket. Pours slightly cloudy dark golden with thin head. Aroma is light roasted malt and plenty of Belgian candi sugar. Taste is thin sugary sweet malt with heavy rye notes. Hops are plentiful - floral, citrusy, and bitter. Very well balanced to the sweeter malt. A bit of an odd beer... but delicious and refreshing nonetheless. Deserving of the accolades. crossovert (13730) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JAN 12, 2013
Pretty solid offering here. Citrusy nose, spicy body. Medium bitterness. IT is decent.

Fuller end of medium bodied with a bitter fruity finish. ROGUE (2215) - Lewes, Delaware, USA - SEP 13, 2012
On tap at brewpub. Pours a dark amber color with a tight thin white cap. Aroma of light citrus hops and bready rye with a touch of belgian spicy funk. Taste is of zesty rye, lemon and floral hops, and slight bready malts. Has a astringent bitterness at the finish. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation and a touch of resiny oil lingers on the tongue through the finish.

Draft sample at MWBBF. Pours a pale straw gold with an orange hue and no head. Notes of grass, herbs, sweet malts, and pepper, along with some orange citrus and sweet bread. The Belgian character definitely takes a backseat to the Amarillo character. Light-medium bodied, with medium carbonation and a spicy, sweet mouthfeel. Good IPA.
