Tap at the brewpub as part of a sampler. Pours a clear copper with beautiful, moderate patterning down the sides. Didn’t get a lot of Simcoe off of this - it is one of my favorite hops so it left me wanting for more. Ktwse (5252) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 25, 2017
Pours hazy amber with low white head. Aroma of pine, citrus, tropical fruit. Taste is mellow fruit sweet with a lingering fruit sweet finish. Light and smooth body with soft carbonation. kaser (6364) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JAN 13, 2016

Pours a slightly hazy, bright golden orange color with tangerine edges and a one finger pillowy white head that quickly settles into a thick, lasting ring. Decent retention with streaks of soapy lacing left behind.
Sweet, slightly boozy aroma that is bursting with juicy tropical fruit notes. Some dank, earthy resins with fresh cut grass and pine needle countered by candied orange slices, tart grapefruit, pineapple and blood orange sweetness. A little boozy but the fruit notes are really nice and this beer smells incredibly fresh.
Full body with a blast of dank, sticky hops giving off prominent grassy pine needle flavor. Dry and bitter but not tongue scraping. The sweetness of the juicer tropical/citrus fruit notes really stand out, countering the bitterness. Candied fruit slices, mango, ruby red grapefruit, blood orange and curaco followed by a sweet malt backbone. Some caramel and toffee sweetness without hindering the complex hop flavors. Dank, juicy and very easy to drink with subtle boozy heat toward the finish. There’s a touch of summit/onion coming through as it warms but it’s isn’t too harsh or distracting. Nice beer.

Had it on tap at Haymarket! Stinky awesome aroma thin head copper color and delicious! ARH (1135) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JAN 20, 2015
On tap, poured into a sampler glass. Bright citrus aromas come through initially with a light grass and pine note slowly increasing with time. There’s just a touch of dough/yeast late in the drink. A soft, gelatin like white head tops a murky, dull, orange-brown beer. A medium thick ring is retained with a fuzzy surface, and a moderate, light lace is left behind. The medium high sweetness is complemented by a medium/ medium high bitterness at the finish. It’s smooth and creamy with a medium body. Floral citrus (namely grapefruit and orange) hit the palate first with a zesty, dry pine finish. Dry grass, bread crust, and pine stick around briefly, but cleans up nicely. ben4321 (6607) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - JUL 16, 2014
Location: Draft at the brewpub, 5/28/14
Aroma: The nose is tropical and citrus fruits, with some pine/woodsy notes
Appearance: It pours a dark orange color with lasting sheet of off-white colored head
Flavor: The taste is much the same, fruity, lightly sweet, with a nie fruity and pine hop bitterness
Palate: The body is medium, it has a soft carbonation, and a pretty dry finish
This one was probably my favorite of the Haymarket beers on my trip. Very nice beer. I’ll definitely be back here for more of their beers.
