Sampled at the Midwest Belgian Beer Fest 2012 - pours hazy golden with a small white head. The aroma has tropical fruit, mango, pineapple, fairly toasty malt and fruity Belgian yeast. It has a medium / full body with semi-sharp carbonation. The flavor starts with the aroma hops, bready malt and Belgian earthiness. The finish adds some spiciness and dough. Nice Belgian pale. burg326 (5482) - Florida, USA - AUG 5, 2012
On draft at brewub poured a murky light yellow color, aromas of grass, caramel, light fruit and some toast. Flavors are the same with some nuts. Ok beer overall. pete4999 (1445) - Buffalo, New York, USA - MAY 23, 2012
On tap at the brewpub. This one was quite interesting. Poured a clear gold and had a very dry feel to it. Hoppy, but not overwhelming. Dryness was the prevailing feeling for this one - but not in a bad way. I couldn’t see myself having more than 1 or 2, but it was certainly worth a try. On tap at the brewpub. Light yellow and a small head. Lacey. Funky aroma. A little sour, surprising malty. DuffMan (10433) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - MAY 8, 2012
On tap @ the brewpub. Very hazy light yellow. Incredible aroma! Sammy says "It smells like a summer day on an island!" Guava, white grapefruit, summer flowers, wheat malts. Light, crisp, and dry, but bursting with flavour. This, to me, is a perfect summer session ale. Outstanding!

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma is full of tropical fruit and citrus with some backing flora and sweet grain. Flavor begins with grapefruit that mellows into citrus and is backed by light grain. jstraw (1967) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JAN 31, 2012
Cloudy pale yellow with good, creamy, white head / Light, crisp, nose of lemon and funk / Light body, acidic and crisp, a hint watery but with fine balance and excellent dry, bitter, finish / Elegant flavors of weed, lemon, coriander, grass, and brett / A lovely, light, complex, summer beer. Tmoney99 (14481) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - DEC 7, 2011
Tap sample. Poured hazy golden color with medium off-white frothy head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Medium to heavy earthy hop and yeast aroma. Medium body with a sticky texture and soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Solid brew.
