On tap at the brewpub. This one was quite interesting. Poured a clear gold and had a very dry feel to it. Hoppy, but not overwhelming. Dryness was the prevailing feeling for this one - but not in a bad way. I couldn’t see myself having more than 1 or 2, but it was certainly worth a try. drfabulous (8676) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - JUL 25, 2013

12 oz draft pour at the brewpub in Chicago, Illinois. The pour is a slight haze golden with a smallish white head. The aroma is bright fruit hop along with fresh floral Belgian yeast. The taste is a nice blend of the fresh clean fruit hop, light cracker malt and the floral Belgian yeast spice. The palate is light bodied with active carbonation and a dry finish with Belgian yeast that lingers nicely. Nice one. Theis (15151) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 19, 2012

Sampled at the Midwest Belgian Beer Fest 2012 - pours hazy golden with a small white head. The aroma has tropical fruit, mango, pineapple, fairly toasty malt and fruity Belgian yeast. It has a medium / full body with semi-sharp carbonation. The flavor starts with the aroma hops, bready malt and Belgian earthiness. The finish adds some spiciness and dough. Nice Belgian pale.

Poured a hazy amber with a lasting creamy white head. Aromas of biscuit, fruittiness and a hint of carmel. palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of biscuit, citrus and a hint of carmel with a crisp lingering citrus finish. DrnkMcDermott (3159) - Downers Grove, Illinois, USA - JAN 15, 2013
Going to have to assume this is what was being poured under the note "Belgian Pale " at the FoBAB documentary party on Jan. 10. Malty pale ale smell. Not much hop in the nose, but then there’s a tangy, hoppy taste to it. Like its cousins Orval and Maltida, has over savory components that set it apart from the average pale beer. kaser (6409) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - SEP 20, 2013
Poured from draft at Haymarket Brewey in Chicago. Orange and clear. Sweet lemon and grass aroma. Fruit and citrus taste. Slight hops. Very good for a Belgium which I usually don't like Dogbrick (14009) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - JAN 22, 2014
Sample at the brewpub. Hazy dark amber color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of yeast, fruit and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of fruity yeast, hops and earthy malt. The finish is malty up front with a mild citrusy hops aftertaste. Decent overall. A gold ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, beautiful candy sugar malt with citrus hops, floral in character, alcohol warmth. In mouth, a nice fruity malt with floral and citrusy hops, well done. On tap at brewery.
