Can from Drops Total Spirits, 100 Feet Road, Bangalore. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is malt, yeast, some alcohol. The flavour is moderate sweet with a rich, grainy, mineral alcoholic palate. Light bodied with lively carbonation. I feel sorry for Indians.

Can shared thanks to Jmgreenuk. Pours clear golden with a big white head. Aroma of nasty boozy chemical alcohol, grain and bad sweet malt. Flavour is over moderate sweet and light moderate bitter. Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

Can shared. Clear golden with big white head. Loads of sugar, cheap honey, grains, marzipan, light herbs. Taste is sweet with some alcohol and strange chemical bitterness. Medium bodied.

If this is 4th percentile, I would hate to try anything in the first 3 percent. Tastes like corn alcohol and sugar. Flat. Probably best served in a brown paper bag.

The malt liquor of india. Bottle from an Indian restaurant in Salzburg of all places. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Fruit and grain in the rubber aroma. Sweet malt grain in the flavor and in the finish. There is a light metal finish but not so powerful that it makes the beer worse. Not bad...for a malt liquor.

Found in my local Indian Restaurant 8% on label Straw gold color, bright white head that falls to a collar. Nose is massive corn, stalk, creamed, you name it. Lots of malt, very sweet smelling. Taste is very sweet. Mostly canned creamed corn, some stalk, and grain. Sickly sweet and a decent amount of booze in this. Paired well with the food but could not stand up on its own.

Pretty thick and cheap tasting beer. The high alcohol content made the beer but it is still Indian swill.

Tasted several times at a local Indian restaurant (Sahib). Not spectacular, but certainly not bad for what it is. Slightly sweet and strong at 8%, it pairs well with spicy fare. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
