This is the new recipe replacing the original He’Brew Genesis ale. Balanced between a West Coast style pale and amber ale with just enough malt sweetness to highlight a flurry of hop aroma and flavor. Witness the evolution of our original creation.

Pours an orange amber with a nuclear head that just wont quit. As far as looks go, this is what a beer should look like. Strong aromas of pine, spruce and an almost pine sol or lemon cleaner aroma, but in a good way. Very light body with sweet lemon & pine flavors. Pretty unique and I cant remember this flavor combination before. The bitterness and body are perfectly balanced and this is just light enough without being overly watery. Good ale, and different!

12 oz bottle purchased as a single at the Hy Vee near Drake in Des Moines, Iowa. The pour is a slightly hazed golden copper with a one inch light tan head. The aroma is caramel malt sweet along with with tangerine citrus and some grass. The taste is the grass, herbal sweet, citrus tangerine and some resin mineral towards the back. The palate is medium bodied with soft carbonation and mineral dry slight bitter finish. Just OK.

Pours a hazy brown from a bottle, some floaties. Brown sugar aroma, tropical fruits. Similar flavor, a little bananas-foster-ish, with an interesting overlay of piney hops. Okay beer.

Pours a clear light reddish cooler with a frothy off-white head. Dissipates into an archipelago of bubbles with chunky lacing. Nose is sweet caramel malt, grassy and floral hops, citrus, creosote, light insect repellant. Light body. Starts out with a whack of evergreen and grapefruit hop and tapers out to a grainy malt finish and a little sweetness. Kinda weird but ok.

Aroma: caramel, honey, bread Appearance: color - amber / copper; Liquid - hazy; head: rich, frothy & white Taste: same with aroma, taste is caramel, honey & malt, medium sweet, light bitter, not sour, quite umami Palate: body is between light and medium; texture is thin; carbonation is fizzy; finishing is a little bit sweet and bitter Overall: it is a easy drinkable beer which is not very heavy, its malt and honey aroma and taste are the main characteristics, if its hop can bring more fruity features, it would be a prefer beer in summer

Wow, this is simply an excellent beer! This variation on the west coast pale ale style pours an amber-accented orange color, with a rich foamy head. Aroma of citrus fruit, predominantly grapefruit and resin, with a sweet malty undertone. The taste is exceedingly balanced, features solid piney hoppy notes with fruity pacific hop flavors, along with a sweet warm toffee caramel malt. The hoppy bitterness is present but subdued, fine tuned. Lighter bodied but has a refreshing full flavored mouthfeel. Finishes on a bitter grapefruit note. All around just a delicious ale, I will be buying this again!

Bottle from bhensonb. Pours amber with a nice beige head and a toffee aroma. There is a medium-bodied pale malt flavor with a bitter finish.

(bottle - 12 oz) Copper pour with a fluffy white head. Lots of citrus in the aroma with some floral hints and pine resin. Caramel malts and pine resin in the flavor at the start with a flowery and dry hop hint in the middle. Dry and slightly bitter at the finish. Quite good.
