Sampled in NYC Times Square. A pretty good little brew. Easy drinking, quality malts. HighlanderOne (1330) - York, SC via NJ, South Carolina, USA - OCT 5, 2008
On tap at Heartland 51st. Hard to catch the aroma in the restaurant. Darker than I expected. Roasty malt flavor, some hops, very drinkable. Good finish. beaconstreet (811) - Washington DC, USA - OCT 18, 2004
Mahogany color. Tastes a bit like ribbon candy. I’d like to take a note as to how much I love other people picking up the check for new beers I have. Had this at Union Sq. location. One of the better Oktoberfests I’ve drank since experiencing the style. wnhay (722) - Princeton, New Jersey, USA - SEP 17, 2006
Pours dark amber with a thick tan head. Smells like grain and caramel and fruits. Smooth taste with a good deal of caramel. This is really nice. rugbydude05 (478) - Bridgewater, NJ, New Jersey, USA - OCT 24, 2008
Tap at Union Square. Pours a dark color with clear appearance. Aroma very sweet but faint. Taste was malty with a little hop character. Very generic marzen- not much body but not too bad. Smooth palate but no aftertaste.

Great Octoberfest color, Good roasted malt flavor with a bit of counteracting bitterness. Aroma is almost undetectable. A better example of the style.
