On tap at brew pub. Outside on a nice evening any decent beer is refreshing. Even if it is a style you are not fond of. The lack of flavor might actually be a plus for this beer making it very drinkable. CaptainCougar (7133) - Columbia, Maryland, USA - NOV 19, 2007
On tap at the Union Square location on 9/15/07: Clear orange bronze with a thin ring of wispy-lacing white head. Aroma of pumpkin cinnamon spice and butterscotch. Body has a decent balance of toasty malt and pumpkin spice but has too much diacetyl character. Chapel (468) - Levittown, New York, USA - OCT 21, 2007
Looked almost exactly like the Octoberfest, a nice orange. Good pumpkin spice aroma. Very strong pumpkin spice taste. Highly recommended if you are a fan of pumpkin pie. Enniskillen (2058) - Bakersfield, California, USA - OCT 13, 2007
Body is a orange with a thin white head. Aroma is light pumpkin, nutmeg. Taste is pumpkin, light spice, light alcohol showing. Radek Kliber (7369) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - OCT 12, 2007

Appearance :Sunny copper like brew with medium long lasting creamy top.3+
Nose :Classic rich pumpkin nose , hint of clove .
Flavour/Palate : Soft bodied ,medium rich in character. Clean set up with winning pumpkin flavors. Pleasant seasonal ale.
POurs deep copper/amber with a thin head. Notes of dense pumpkin and cloves. The palate boasts the clove more heavily than the other pieces of the pie. A finish with deep malt that lingers. Cletus (6355) - Connecticut, USA - OCT 2, 2007
Growler. Pours copper with a thin off white head. Smells of pumpkin spices, some honey, hints of pumpkin mash. Tastes watery and more or less devoid of anything pumpkin. Not worth it. Derek881 (1272) - Denver, Colorado, USA - SEP 28, 2007
Sampled on tap at the brewery on 51st Street. The aroma was nice, but too faint. I did pick out a lot of spices, like cinnamon, and there was a good brown sugar type pumpkin smell. Appearance was perfect for this type of beer: a rusty-orange color that was not completely clear and had a big, creamy, off-white head. The flavor was good and full of pumpkin, cinnamon, honey, and spicey flavors. It did well on the palate as it was delightfully creamy and had an active, fizzy carbonation. A bit dry at the end, but very smooth and silky. Overall it was a good seasonal brew, and well done, but not in the top tier of its style. PilsnerPeter (3046) - Flushing, New York, USA - SEP 27, 2007
Tap at Union Square location: Pours orange/amber with a head that becomes a ring. Sweet aroma, seems buttery, with mild a allspice presence. Mild carbonation. Sweet, buttery malts start off the flavor, followed by a hint of festive spices (nutmeg/allspice). Seems artificial to me. Close to being decent, just gets a bit phony and astringent. yobdoog (1888) - Kingston, New York, USA - SEP 20, 2007
I like pumpkins and this one didn’t do it for me. Orange in color not much body. Aroma of some spice but not powerful at all. Taste is pretty bland especially for a pumpkin. Very light malt needs more flavor and body for me. Some clove and cinnimon but fades fast.
