On cask at the Mad Fox cask ale festival 2015. Pours a hazy copper with an off white head. Malty nose. Flavors of toast. Light bitter finish.

Comes out of tap seriously bubbly golden with a thrust nice eggshell head that leaves good lacing. Aroma promises fresh malt and fruity notes.flavor delivers all tha the aroma promises and adds woody hops and a bit of a smoky note. Mouthfeel presents decent body and good fizz. Just sit right back and have a crater of this.

ganache (6115) - New Jersey, USA - SEP 11, 2015
Tap at JC’s. Tan head on an orange-amber body, medium with lightly crisp feel, touch nutty but more caramel. Honey, sure, but mild and clashes a bit with the mild hops. Maybe could dry out a bit more, perhaps simplify the grist? There’s a fumy thinness in the body weight and mouthfeel that I found distracting. Still, wouldn’t refuse a pint.

Large, tan head thats short lived, skimpy lace. Clear, amber/brown color. Nose is slight, slight malts and a hint of honey. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Fairly dry malts, caramel, brown, slight nuttyness and the hint of honey. Dry finish, caramel and bread. Not bad, not tremendous, mediocre at best. Draft from statelineliquors.

Dark amber color with a nice lacing head. Malty aroma, I don’t get any honey on the nose, but this beer is smooth and drinkable. Clean finish.

7/11/15. Tap, Craft on Draft. Light amber orange pour with a small khaki head, mild lacing. Light biscuit aroma, weirdly bitter, black tea, chalky, sweetness. Caramel in the flavor, off bitterness, black tea, biscuit, crackery, chalky. Meh.

Yeah, pass. Muddy gold colored. Tastes like herbal tea with artificial sweetness. Some malts in the body, lighter overall. No thanks.
