Can from Total Wine. Seems a classic & beloved old school IPA. Nice pine bitterness, subtle squeezed grapefruit, a bit of sugar. The finish is long & steeped in resin. I can see why people like this (ratebeer ratings from some friends 10 years ago are super high) & can also see why this seems a little dated. Whatevs. It works. This has become one of my go-to IPAs up here in the DMV area. Not as hoppy and tropical as the ones in FL that I became accustomed to. But, it is pretty smooth and well balanced....and the price is super affordable (Often find it for $6.99/6 if not then $7.49-$7.99). Light on malt with a lighter hazy orange appearance. At 7.25%, this is good valued economy borderline macro brew. glorydaze (36) - Savannah, Georgia, USA - FEB 4, 2018
Sweet caramel start. Modest floral bitterness. Would prefer an IPA to be more hop forward than this and to finish with a bigger bite. Not bad but not great. GregM05 (31) - - JAN 21, 2018
Extremely impressing taste for the lack of appearance. Good flavor, light enough to enjoy all day. Would buy more.

Canned from Wegmans. Clear golden coloured. Citric, juicy, caramel malts, fairly bitter.

UPDATED: DEC 27, 2017 Amber pour off white head. Caramel malts and a little smokey mixed with fruity hops. I like more bitterness from an IPA but still a solid beer nickel (1272) - UKRAINE - OCT 2, 2017
Aroma: honey, malt, tropical fruits
Taste: intensive malt component with mix of hops flavours. Strong honey and earthy from the start, citrus and tropical fruits in the middle and lite grassy notes in the end. MrTipple (7449) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 23, 2017
Pine, sweet citrus fruits, mango, passion fruit, grain malts, caramel. Hazy gold, tiny, frothy, white head. Light sweet. More bittersweet citrus fruits, orange, marmalade, pine, tropical fruits candy, soft carbonation, medium bodied. Decent IPA, well-balanced. Cask at GBBF17, Kensington Olympia. I had it on tap. It pours a hazy orange with a white head. The aroma is orange, mango, and pine. The taste is the same. As it warms, the alcohol becomes more pronounced. This is tasty. There's a lot of fresh fruit and hop flavor. jamaty (2270) - Madrid, SPAIN - AUG 26, 2017
Aroma a lúpulo, herbal, pino. Anaranjada, consistentemente turbia. Espuma duradera. En boca delicadamente lupulada, de amargor contenido. Frutal, maracuyá, piña. Bastante seca, algo picante. Amargor creciente hasta el final para una IPA sabrosa.
