Bottle. Poured a medium amber-orange with a large white creamy head that was mostly diminishing and had good lacing. The aroma hits you right of the bat with the scent of cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar and pumpkin with notes of a cookie malt and a sweet doughy yeast. It tastes mildly sweet with strong notes of nutmeg and cinnamon right off, then became more of an almost Pumpkin pie flavor with a mild alcohol tinge near the end. Mouthfeel was light to medium in body and creamy in texture with a lively carbonation. Overall one of the best pumpkin ale’s I have tasted to date.
BB backlog, Amber orange color from a bottle bought at Canals Bellmawr. Aromas and flavor are pumpkin spice, nutmeg, cinnamon, dough, shaving cream, and peppermint. Really spicy and ginger heavy or it may be the nutmeg. Medium to fuller mouthfeel with a semi dry finish. Too much spicing nasmith003 (252) - Virginia, USA - NOV 4, 2016

Conyers, Ga. - Sigman Bottle Shop - 22 oz bomber. Pours a slightly hazy medium copper with a light off-white head that sticks around a while. Aroma has some nice spicy hints with hints of nutmeg and cinnamon. Bold flavor with some boozy notes mixing along with the autumn spice flavors - cinnamon, nutmeg, you know the drill. Some pumpkin notes in the back end. Mouthfeel has a nice thickness to it. A little on the heavy side, but a good sipper. slowrunner77 (12043) - Reno, Nevada, USA - OCT 6, 2014
"this one was intriguing...an imperial pumpkin. maybe it would have the body and backbone sorely lacking from too many of the pumpkin ales out there. it smelled similar, but stronger, the abv making it’s presence known. the flavor also had a creamy aspect to it...like pumpkin pie a la mode...i imagine similar to Pumking based on it’s rep. It was quite good, and lingered, with a big body and creamy feel to back it up. good stuff."

Poured from bottle into pint glass
Appearance – Pours a deep amber orange color with some nice highlights of red. Upon pouring there is a huge white head that fades fast to a head of one finger. The one finger head has a good level of retention but fades over time to give a medium level of lacing.
Smell – The aroma is heaviest of a sweet pumpkin pie smell. A strong pumpkin aroma greets the nose with a large amount of caramel sweetness. Mixed with these are aromas are some of pumpkin pie spices – cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice.
Taste – The taste begins sweet with a lightly roasted tasting pumpkin and some flavors of caramel and brown sugar. Spice flavors quickly come to the tongue. They are heaviest of nutmeg and allspice with some flavors of cinnamon mixed within. Most of these flavors remain relatively constant throughout the rest of the taste but as the flavor advances to the end the cinnamon gets a bit stronger and a big alcohol flavor comes to the tongue. In the end a tingly alcohol flavor mixed with a nice pumpkin pie flavor are left to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is rather creamy with a carbonation level that is just below average. The feel is quite nice for the pumpkin and spice flavors of the brew and make for a nice pumpkin style beer.
Overall - A tasty pumpkin brew. It has a nice warming feel with a nice flavor profile. A good holiday brew to sit back with and sip during the fall season. generallee08 (772) - New York, USA - JUL 18, 2014
Its body has a very nice deep honey amber color with about an inch of off white foam head. It has some visible carbonation and fine yeast sediment suspended in the body making it hazy. Its head fades to just a wispy thin layer and leaves a little spotty lace near the top of the glass. The nose has heavy pie spice and sweet honey like notes with bready malt, a slight vanilla note and faint hops. There is a sweet maltiness with notes of honey and vanilla up front with heavy cinnamon and pie spice right behind it. Under that there is just a hint of pumpkin or squash like flavor. In the finish I get a mix of pie spice and hop spice with some mild bitterness and acidity.
