22 oz bomber poured in snifter. Siren noire is rich brown black with a thin head of light tan bubbles. The nose is solid rich dark chocolate. Taste is a hint of sweet on the fore with the chocolate cacao nib bitterness coming through on the finish. Roasted malt provides a decent backbone. Body is smooth and silky. A very well done imperial stout.
Oh my god this is good. Dark pour with minimal head. Aroma is chocolate malt. Taste is creamy chocolate light roast malt. Incredible. nasty3939 (33) - Fort Walton Beach, Florida, USA - MAY 24, 2017
On tap at Chan’s in Destin. Appearance and aroma were on point. The flavor was dark chocolate covered cherries. A tad too much for me but would be an excellent beer for those that like the cherries being out front. The bourbon barrel aging came in at the end. ffaoe (838) - Moorestown, New Jersey, USA - APR 16, 2017

Tap. Pours clear reddish black, medium tan head, good lacing. Aroma of Rich chocolate, bourbon, vanilla. Flavor is medium sweet, roasty, really chocolate, restrained bourbon, vanilla, oak. Light bitter. Lightish body, but otherwise very refined. drsordr (2774) - Loveland, Ohio, USA - JUN 4, 2016
Draft to taster at cappy’s pour opaque black with thin tan head. Nose slightly syrupy, Bourbon, molasses, some dark fruit, and light roast. Taste boozy, then vanilla Bourbon, milk chocolate, light roast. Roasted vanilla finish. Voodoo (687) - Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 4, 2016
Pours a deep cola brown with a light brown head which is gone quickly.....aroma of coffee, booze, chocolate, vanilla.....taste follows aroma with the booze a bit more hidden but still present. The wood oak flavor comes through a hint of raisin, along with bourbon and a heavy but not overly done mouthfeel. Almost a refreshing big beer and quite well done. Thin dark brown of varying sized which dissipated rather quickly. Rich malty aroma with lots of chocolate, molasses, rubber and a decent bourbon nose. Color is a very dark brown that is not fully opaque. Much livelier on the tongue with zippy carbonation than i would have expected from the head. Very creamy and smooth. Lots more milk chocolate, anise, dark roasted malts, heavy cream and a bit of accent bourbon again. Light alcohol presence. Finishes super creamy as it coats the tongue and mouth. A pleasure to drink! commonshawn (1297) - Minnesota, USA - MAY 26, 2016
Tap at heavy seas in Baltimore with commonmac and rosskyle and samadouche. Black with medium off white tan head. Smells roasted and chocolate. Chocolate, roasted malt, full body. Good sweetness. Fairly typical for a chocolate stout.
