Cask. Pours lightly hazy brown with a small, bubbly off-white head, short retention with spare lacing. Aroma is cookie and toast malt, dark fruity esters, earthy and spicy hops. Flavor is medium hops and bitterness with sweet malt, spicy Ghost chili, vanilla, molasses, dark fruity esters and a dry finish. Cask. Pours hazy brown with thin, fizzy beige head; short retention and spare lacing. Aroma is caramel and toast malts, figs, peppers, earthy hops, and light brown sugar. Flavor is sweet malt forward with a good dose of spicy peppers and earthy hops; light fig notes towards the end with a dry finish. Medium body and low carbonation.
