Dankeschön an Frankenland. Test vom 11.9.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche

(draught) pours a clear golden colour with a tall, rocky white head. aroma has lots of spicy herbal hops, with a hint of tropical fruit, most noticeably melons. flavour is more grainy and herbal, the spiciness being quite diminished. medium-bodied with fizzy carbonation.

Dedollewaitor (16158) - Odense, DENMARK - APR 28, 2010
Bottle @ Fonefan. Thanks Jan. Pours clear golden with a small stable creamy white head and lacings. Nose is hay and grain and has a bit of svovl and grassy hops. Flavor is very dry and grainy. It also has a spicy hoppyness similar to the one in other Hebendanz beers. Medium bodied. Refreshing. Nice

Bottle 500ml. @ home.
Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, toasted, moderate hoppy, citrus, dry hop flowers. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, butter sweet queasy and acrid. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100105]

Quack-Duck (9484) - Down South, GERMANY - NOV 28, 2009
bottle from Bierzwerg. Clear golden colour with a large white head. Malty nose. Full-bodied, pleasantly malty with a fruity character. Well-rounded with a goo amount of aromatic hops that add a grassy-fruity touch. Delicious!

MiP (15667) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - OCT 17, 2009
Bottle, 5%. OK dusty aroma. Clear golden colour. Small stable off-white head. The flavour starts off malty. Very full hop flavour, slightly spicy. Good bitterness in the finish.

ruggedman (647) - Portland, Maine, USA - JAN 24, 2009
Bottle at Novare Res. Pours golden yellow. Grassy. Smells light and sweet, and Grassy. Flavor is mildly sweet and guess what....grassy.

Jukkabro (3484) - Tampere, FINLAND - SEP 12, 2008
Light golden colored with little vanishing white head. Weird aroma with corn and some biting metallic hoppiness. Thin to medium bodied. Flavor is better with fruity and lemony note, some sugary note also present. Aftertaste is sweet still. Some bockish notes here.

thebeertourist (5189) - Oslo, NORWAY - SEP 6, 2008
Bottle. Clear golden with a light white head that reduced to a mere film. Fruity hop nose promising also sweet malts. Quiet sweet flavours, with tropical fruits and apples in the lead. Hints of bitterness towards the finish. Medium body. Drinkable, but not memorable.

yngwie (17049) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - AUG 26, 2008
Bottle, thx to Maria. A clear, golden beer with a small, diminishing white head. Quite fruity, yellow apples and pears, with a touch of tropical fruitss, some pale malt and a sweetish matlyness. Surprisingly sweet flavor, with tropical fruits, yellow apples and a nice bitterness. Quite fizzy in the mouth, sweet and bitter finish, but on the sweet side. A quite drinkable beer, but tad too sweet maybe. (080716)
