3.1
Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - AUG 17, 2008
The color is warm golden and the head is huge, nice and creamy. The aroma has notes of caramel, malt and flower. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of malt, caramel, flower and light citrus. It’s a smooth and pleasant märzen.

duff (5484) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - APR 4, 2008
Bottle. Sweet and malty, typical Marzen. Some grassy hopes in the finish, with some slight apricoty fruit in there. Very drinkable stuff.

motelpogo (7704) - Plzen, CZECH REPUBLIC - OCT 16, 2007
bottle, bought from brewery. pretty bland, amber with no sign of a head, nutty aroma, no bitterness, just a light caramel flavour

2.9
MoritzF (10018) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - JUL 23, 2007
(bottle, bought at Vogels Getränkemarkt, Forchheim) Clear, amber colour with a medium-sized, slightly tanned foamy head. Sweet, slightly cara-malty nose with a subtle fruitiness, backed by shades of herbal hops. Medium-sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a rather soft carbonation. Malt-accented, slightly chalky and nutty taste; medium-dry, slightly bitter finish with light notes of herbal hops.

2.9
Papsoe (25062) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - NOV 19, 2006
(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a slightly hazy orangey brown with a handsome, off-white head. Caramel aroma. Medium-bodied, lightly flat with a distinct sweet - almost nougatish - caramel flavour. Very soft mouthfeel and only hints of hops in the finish. 121106

2.7
Ungstrup (38140) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - NOV 12, 2006
An orange beer with a thick light orange head. The aroma is sweet with hints of acidity and some caramel and hops. The flavor is sweet malty with a bit of butter, but then aroma hops with flowery notes comes along, leading to a bitter end.

2.9
pivnizub (10726) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - JUN 11, 2006
Bottle (bought at the brewery-tap): Amber coloured, thin fluffy white head, that quickly diminishes; bread, sour dough, toasted malt in the nose; slightly bitter and sweet flavour, light bodied, low carbonation; short malty (almost toasted), drier finish. Not bad, but a bit odd....Quite O.K.
