smell is of bourbon, wood, dark fruits, malt, some toffee, and cherry.
taste is of wild yeast, dark fruits, cocoa, whiskey, wood, red wine, and some hops. ends smooth, a little sweet, and a little sour.

Bottle: The aroma consists of chocolate, caramel, coconut, vanilla, and a touch of mint. It pours a dark brown with some orange highlights and a small tan head. The flavor starts with chocolate, molasses, and caramel. The finish has fruit, raisin, and oxidation. It?s full bodied with mild carbonation and sticky mouthfeel. Overall, the oxidation is a bit rough.

Bomber from Windmill Farm. Deep black/ruby on the pour. Woody whiskey nose with a bit of roast. Sweet booze and wood with a bit of a vanilla character. Some roastiness and dark fruit. On tap. Black with a foamy tan head. Earthy roasted grain, rye whiskey, and red wine barrel like funky aroma. Bright lively palate. Pour is a dark brown with a medium sized head. Aroma is of dark fruit, some vinegar and caramel. Flavor is again dark fruit to start, then comes some molasses and red wine aspects. FInish is some of the wood from the barrel aging. This is a nice slow sipper with a little something each sip.
