Terrapin & Friends beer dinner at Trappeze. Poured cloudy amber with a slim head. Aroma of light hop, fruit, funk, malt. Taste is a little fruity, with some sour notes. Pomm is not too noticable. Brew is nicely balanced. Finishes a little bitter, with a touch of alcohol. Mouth is medium bodied and tart. fordest (2469) - Santee/San Diego, California, USA - NOV 18, 2008
22 oz bottle. Lots of muted hops that were mostly just sweetness. They were evident in the aroma and the flavor. Sweet finish and some vanilla and caramel malts in the long finish. I liked it! ThomasE (5174) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - SEP 5, 2008
Cloudy orange colour with a beige head. malty, caramel sweet aroma with fruity notes and hints of vanilla, hops and alcohol. malty, caramel sweet flavor with notes of fruit and hops. 00cobraR (1103) - Greensboro, North Carolina, USA - AUG 26, 2008
This certainly wasnt the greatest beer by any strech of the means. Flavor is sweet and full of alcohol. aroma was nice though. Had a lot of pomegranate to it. Not much else to say about this one. ross (2146) - weddington, North Carolina, USA - AUG 25, 2008
Thanks to Daniel for pulling this rare gem out of the cellar. Pours out a red color without much of a head. Smell is fruits, wheat, and nothing else. Taste is sweet, and fruity, but not in a good way. Fruity in the same sense as Greg Luganis. This beer was about as good as cancer.

Reddish color with a smallish head. Aroma is very sweet and sugary with a nice amount of citrus and floral hops. Flavor has lots of caramel and brown sugar sweetness with a smooth hoppy bite. Some dark fruit and candy in there too. Nice feel with a solid finish. A bit underrated in my opinion. egajdzis (6830) - Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 13, 2008
Poured a lightly hazy, golden color with a small, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel, vanilla, light pomegranate, almond, and minimal oxidation that I found, especially for being two years old. Taste of sweeter caramel, nuts, lightly tart pomegranate, toasted malts, and surprisingly low alcohol presence for being 10%. Ughsmash (7502) - Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 22, 2008
Bomber. Poured a brilliant, fiery shade of reddish-orange with a short, swirly cap of beige head. The aroma opened with candied medium-skinned fruits, caramel, and nutty notes.. lots of oxidation present, with the hops pretty well shot. The flavor found lighter fruits, some vinous notes, and pomegranate on the sweet core.. light herbal (and other non-classifiable) bitterness surrounds and makes itself quite annoying by the sticky, cloying finish.. somewhat toasty overall.. a lot more pomegranate right at the back. Medium-plus bodied and it never came together for me on the palate.. sticky and hot on the final impression. I didn’t care for this. phishpond417 (2088) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - MAY 30, 2008
It pours a nice amber colour with a tan head. very little lacing. Wine scented aroma with almonds, caramel and bread. Has a very smooth nutty taste with flavors of bananna, licorice and biscuits. waolsen (1376) - Littleton, Colorado, USA - MAY 28, 2008
