Stoned99 (1742) - St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 22, 20162 ounces at tasting. Bottle in 2011.Aroma: intense boozy bourbon, rye, grape, raisin. App: burgundy, minimal off white head, little lacing. Taste and palate: medium body, liquoreux, medium sweetness. Finish is mostly sweet. Overall: let’s be honest. Large shared bottle in Atlanta.
Boozy, but not objectionable for style ... And for 13.4%ABV.
rich and complex. Seems at first to be a bit too sweet but further sipping soured it to be acceptably sweet.
Bordering on hot.

The aroma is slightly toasted caramel, figs, raisins, dates, citrus, some barrel character, oak, some alcohol.
