This is the new recipe replacing the original He’Brew Genesis ale. Balanced between a West Coast style pale and amber ale with just enough malt sweetness to highlight a flurry of hop aroma and flavor. Witness the evolution of our original creation.

Cavie (4805) - Arlington, Texas, USA - DEC 29, 2012
Bottle from Central market. Pours a fairly clear orange color with a fair bit of sediment. Aroma is dry yeast and light hops. Some aged notes. Flavor is a bit old and dry. Some notes that provide a bit of a rye touch. Easy to finish.

cwsample (164) - Texas, USA - DEC 29, 2012
Bottle thanks to Cavie. Dark amber color with a thick white head. Aroma almost minty. Sweet and sour taste.

Hazy copper. Thick tan head. Dull muted hop aroma. Dominated by a weak hop flavor. Really a bore ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Golden copper pour with a creamy off white head and lace. Aroma is caramel malt and light citrus hops. Flavor is light malt and a hinto floral/resiny hops. Light medium body with decent carbonation. A pretty good beer.

Very light-bodied; citrus, grapefruit. Slightly bitter. Cascade comes through strong. Definitely a session ale.

cubs (10714) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - DEC 19, 2012
Bottle @ home, picked up at Argonaut Denver. Pours a hazy, dark red orange appearance with a big, light brown head. Spicy hoppy, mild grapefruity, herbal/earthy, toasty malty aroma. Prickly spicy, big herbal hoppy, somewhat piney, nicely toasted malty flavor. Nice session beer.

edgallow (4468) - nashville, Tennessee, USA - DEC 18, 2012
12 oz bottle pours amber with a off white head. Aroma of sweet malts, citrus and pine. Taste is the malts and a nice bitterness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

trapped (3599) - New York, TURKEY - DEC 16, 2012
Bottle. Clear light amber appearance, off-white spongy head with good retention, slight herbal aroma, slightly bitter-sweet taste, abrupt finish, long lasting hops flavor on the palate.

ericwill99 (95) - Texas, USA - DEC 14, 2012
I keep enjoying these Schmalz beers with their interesting. It poured a medium brown out of the 12oz bottle. I like the complex hop flavor that is not overwhelming. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
