Clear amber color. Lots of lace. Hop and caramel mainly. Good bite but also well balanced. Decent mouthfeel, pretty thin. Mild carbonation for an APA. changeup45 (1731) - Lake Mary, Florida, USA - OCT 21, 2012
This pours an amber color with a fluffy off-white head. The aroma shows a mix of caramel, toasted grain, and citrusy hops. The flavor doesn’t really offer any surprises; slick sweet malty body with caramel and dough, a bit toasty, a note of vanilla, with bitter citrus hops to balance it nicely. This is just one of those no thrills but overall pretty solid Pale Ales to kick back with. rmussman (1701) - California, USA - MAY 29, 2012
Sampled in a small bottle. Pours bright orange and has big time malts. Just a little bit of spices that are nice on the palate. gramity (1684) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - JUL 24, 2012
Dark orange color, a little cloudy, some head that lingers nicely. Caramel malt aroma with a little citrus and grass from the hops. Taste is alright. Malt and bitterness balance pretty well. Not enough hops though. Mouthfeel and carbonation are good though. An ok session ale. Beerathon (1681) - Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 13, 2013
Easy drinking pale ale with a sweet malt backbone. Hazy deep orange color with 1-finger head and lingering lacing. Good stuff.

Bottle from Hop City. Pours a transparent amber with beige colored head. Arms of spice upfront with some malts mixed in. Taste is slightly bland, like unsweet tea with a bit of hops. The spice is still there and continually throws me off. bth122 (1678) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 25, 2012
Bottle, obx. Poure a amber color, medium head. Wonderful floral/citrus hop aroma. Medium light bitter, medium light body. Nice caramel malts overwelmed by fresh citrus/floral hopl. Enjoyed this. jmohno (1670) - Iowa, USA - MAY 13, 2012
UPDATED: MAY 20, 2012 Hazy light amber short head,little lacing. Mep3222 (1659) - East Greenbush, New York, USA - NOV 26, 2014
Aroma is malt/breadiness a little roast minimal to no hop aroma a slight bit of ripe fruit. No flurry of hop armoa here as described.
Taste is fairly toasty with dark toffe notes slight chocolate notes, a bit salty with some hop grassiness some yeastyness, some citrus a bit of fruit.Salty finish that is more noticable than the bittering almost. Its ok
Malty aroma, almost has a bit of a burnt malt aroma to it. Taste is malty, roasted malt. Palate seems slightly watery for how malty it seems. Good beer, but nothing special based on the other shmaltz beers I have had, but a solid all around beer for the masses.

Bright amber brew with a bit of white head. Nose of earth and grassy hops, some caramel as well. Flavors of bread and citrus with some spices.
