12oz from the sampler box pours slightly murky copper in body with off white head. The aroma is nice and pretty bold with rich tangelo and grapefruit and some pine like hoppy bitterness just churning around and around. The taste is full yummy spicy hops mixing with various citrus hop notes as well as resiny pine like hop bitterness too heading midway and into the finish. Darn nice IPA with plenty of yumminess to go around. One of the better IPAs I’ve had in a while. jmagnus87 (2912) - Rockford, Illinois, USA - FEB 7, 2012
12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a lightly cloudy dark orange with about a finger of thick white head. Aroma of pine, citrus and a little caramel. Taste is light bitter. Pine, orange pulp and grapefruit. Medium bodied with a creamy texture. Soft carbonation and a long finish. Overall, I’m liking this beer. I would love to try the other test batches though. kerenmk (4722) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - DEC 27, 2011
bottle, beer of the month club. amber-copper colour with a nice beige head. grapefruit and candy in the nose, bittersweet in the mouth. short and delicate finish, average carbonation and medium bodied. good and balanced. adam42381 (386) - Fort Myers, Florida, USA - FEB 12, 2012
Review from notes at World of Beer - Fort Myers on 11/20/11.
Poured on draft into a shaker pint.
Appearance: Pours a hazy golden caramel with a 1-2 finger thick snow white head. Excellent lacing.
Smell: Sweet citrus with a touch of lemon and lightly sweet malt.
Taste: Sweet citrus and lemon peel up front followed by pale malt in the middle before ending with nice fruity hops at the finish. Aftertaste is bittersweet and light.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied with good carbonation.
Drinkability: High drinkability. You could have a few without much difficulty.
Overall: Good beer overall. A very solid IPA that is worth trying. Rrauth (1196) - North Carolina, USA - APR 8, 2012
Bomber. Wonderful citrus aroma. Crystal clear dark golden color. Large light tan head. Medium bitter from start to finish. Head stays around but little lacing. Nice IPA to have in the spring in the shade. Amazing that the head is there the whole beer. Love it.

Pours a pale orange with no head. Citrus and floral hops in the aroma with underlying caramel notes. Medium/full body with great bitterness and just enough malt to keep it enjoyable. rmussman (1701) - California, USA - FEB 12, 2012
Sampled in a 12oz bottle. Pours bright orange with a nice lacey head on it that dissipates and moves nicely down the glass. Aroma is big and hoppy. Loved it. mrhoppy (1288) - Santa Clara, California, USA - MAR 4, 2012
Initial impression is it is similar to an English beer. A barnyard skunkiness. Reminds me of a Mikkeller slight hazy yellow but after all it is just a good IPA. pintbypint (3584) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - JAN 27, 2012
355ml brown bottle. Hazy orange pour. Small white layer of foam. Citrusy nose, orange and grapefruits stand out. In the mouth the beer has a ton of grapefruity hop flavour and bitterness, a little background malt. Sharp graperuity finish. Very drinkable IPA, nothing flashy, but good bitterness. daknole (11044) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - JAN 28, 2012
Deep gold pour, white head. Citrus/herbal hops. Caramel. Flavor is a good blend of hops and malt. Great stuff.
