Visual: (cellared for 4 years). Pours brown-orange without a head, just a spotty haze of retention, scattered steady singular streams.
Nose: faint toffee barley malt, hints of strawberry (lvl-3)-pungency
Attack: thick viscosity/half-slick, stealth subtle CO2
Mid-palate: bright (lvl-5-sweetness), background grapefruit hoppy bitter, grassy, toffee barley malt
Finish: tangy lingering soft bitter hops
Summary: Solid brew with a thicker mouthfeel and "infused" carbonation. Very drinkable, good balance. TXBadger (2811) - Dallas, Texas, USA - APR 30, 2014
Reviewed from notes: pours a nice amber color with slightly off-white head. Citrus and pine notes tend to dominate, and this finishes with just a hint of maltiness. AgentAle (1726) - Alberta, CANADA - APR 28, 2014
Aroma is roasted sweet malts paielred with a hopiness that leads to earthy , and lemon grass aromas. Taste is very bitter off the bat. But pretty smooth altogether . Body is a cloudy amber with a thick pearl head thet retains well. Ipaluvr082 (71) - Alberta, CANADA - JAN 5, 2014
This bottle pours a slightly opaque copper gold with a bubbly off white head. The nose is very reminiscent of other West coast IPA ’s, floral, citrus. rus, sweet, hoppy with a malt background. At the first taste I was anticipating a lot given the nose, it fell flat, very flat. Slight grapefruit and pineapple with a malty finish; I want bitter lasting tingling hops from something dry hopped with all those West coast hops. It’s just an OK garden variety West Coast style IPA. A - Clear amber body with a billowy off-white head that leaves a few patches of lace behind.
S - Sweet caramel malt, doughy bread, honey, mineral-like aroma.
T - A blend of agressive pine, grapefruit, and leafy green hops hit all at once. The caramel malt keeps things sweet while the hops turn to a resinous grapefruit bitterness with spicy, minty, salty, and dry finish.
M - Medium body, moderate carbonation.
The nose is deceiving, this beer is aggressively hopped with several layers of bitterness. The hops showcase more bitterness than flavor.

Cloudy orange color, filmy head. Smells like iced tea which to me usually indicates its old, shit. Taste is mostly malts, no hops. I suspected when I got home that this was broken out of the holiday pack and resold. Dammit. I guess this is what I get for buying an undated IPA. Drainpour...

Bottle. Deep amber, low transparency, small head. Aroma is a hoppy, fruity, and estery dream. Taste follows accordingly. A little malt sweetness tries to find its way, but this is dominated by hops. Great beer when you are in need of a good dose of hops. dfearnley (2067) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - AUG 17, 2012

Aroma of fruits, flowers, and grapefruit. Nice amber colour with a thin white head. The taste is nice but disappointing considering the aroma. jhgrantjr (473) - Tennessee, USA - JUL 30, 2012
UPDATED: AUG 30, 2012 Poured from a bottle, amber color. Aroma is slightly hoppy, floral. Taste is malty-slightly hoppy.

Clear dark orange with almost no head. Big hop aroma makes one anticipate something awesome only to find sort of bland west coast hop flavors backed by a slightly sweet med body
