(Poured from a bag at HBF2016) The cider poured pale golden and hazy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had wood, pears and tartness. Palate was medium bodied and warming. Flavours were sweetness, tartness, pears and more sweetness. Aftertaste had pears, tartness and sweetness. A nicely done pear cider.

Polycask @ NWAF 2012, National Winter Ales Festival, The Venue, Sheridan Suite, Manchester, England.
Unclear matt light to medium yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy pear, horse blanket. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, candy, sweet, pear. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat.
[Polypin at the Three Crowns, Chippenham] Cloudy, very pale gold. Vinegary aroma - but good quality vinegar. In the mouth it’s one of the smoothest drinks I’ve ever tasted. Sweet eating apples, vanilla and soft creamy pears come through, just kept wanting to taste this over and over again. Amazingly tasty, amazingly more-ish. No sourness, and little dryness, yet somehow manages to avoid being oversweet. Fantastic stuff - restored my interest in perry after a previous bad experience. downender (8658) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - MAY 30, 2010
From a polypin at the Wellington, Bristol 29/05/10. Sweetish aroma of juicy pears with some lemon. Flavour had more sweet fruit, with a touch of drier skin and spice in the finish. Good. oh6gdx (26488) - Vasa, FINLAND - DEC 17, 2009
