Bottle (750 ml). Shared by Julien and Pier-Luc, thanks! Clear bright golden with a medium white head and good lacing. Aroma is fruity with funk, light barnyard and peppery notes. Taste is moderately sour with nice fruit presence, leather, light funk and barnyard, spices and mineral notes. Light body. Moderate carbonation. Dry. Complex. Not too aggressive. Really fruity forward. Very good!

Bottle, 75cl with wine cork and crown cap. Wow, the cork almost made a hole in the concrete ceiling. It pours a collapsing off-white head over an unclear, carbonated orange-golden body. Lovely guezue-ish aroma with lemon and some barnyard. Some apricot hints. A tad too carbonated, dry and medium bodied. Lots of flavor, barnyard, lemon and tropical fruits, with even more fruityness. Lasting finish. Most definitely a nice one, easy drinkable and moreish. 131026
