Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate barnyard, leather, citrus, fruity. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, soft and easy. Very balance and a bit young - but i thnik maybe to soft and easy ... a beginer gueuze ;O) Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat.
75 cL bottle at De Heeren van Liedekercke. Pours cloudy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is light mouldy and barnyard. Crisp citrusy and mild fruity. vague cornish flavoured, light earthy touch. I get more Girardin from the blend than Lindeman. Dry, brett and citric finish. Solid carbonation, yet small bubbles. A bit rough yet nice. Bottled. Cloudy amber, rich coarse head. Concentrated funky lemon peel and hay aroma. Tart with light-medium body and rounded, spritzy mouthfeel. Hay, cobwebs and barnyard. Mild citric acid and stale hop bitterness. Rich and complex. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - FEB 14, 2012
Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy golden with a very lively, bubbly off-white head dissipating in no time. Lovely Bretty nose, lots of fart and barnyard. Light in body, high in carbonation, some initial sweet fruitiness quickly relieved by tart Brett and sulphur with a fusty edge. Dry and tart finish. A very traditional Gueuze. 140212 madmitch76 (24791) - , Essex, ENGLAND - FEB 11, 2012

Shared with the Kernel crew. Bottle says 5.0%! Very hazy gold beer. Little white head. Softish airy palate, semi dry. Pleasant generic fruits with mild and balanced sourness. Crisp finish. A nice gentle sour this one, could actually imagine sessioning it.
Bottle generously shared by Joost, thank you sir. Hazy goldenrod color, large fluffy. airy head. Aroma is subtle smoke, white pepper, and attic. Taste is dusty lemons with just a subtle edge of funk. Very dry and peppery finish. Still young, but has amazing potential. Leighton (21235) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 25, 2011
