Bottle (rating from september 06 - dmg note). Amber, white head. Sweet aroma of malt, figs and hops. Sweet, malty flavour with just a light bitterness and a flat palate making it a bit heavy to drink. mjs (7582) - Helsinki, FINLAND - JUL 23, 2010
(Bottle picked randomly from the cellar of Plan B - BBE090608) Poured amber and clear. Head was medium sized and white. Aroma contained hops, fruitiness and malts. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, carboard, fruitiness, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. Age had done some harm to this beer but it had survived surprisingly well. Pinball (12234) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JAN 18, 2009
50cl bottle. 4.8% .brewed at Svaneke bryghus for HeimDal Bryghus.
best before 2 09.0606 which i think i’ll translate to second month 2009.
pours cloudy yellow with a fine small white head.
quite hoppy aroma. also some peach, slight sawdust, malts, faint sweetness.
flavor is quite full for a 4.8%, As Heimdal went under sometime 2007 the bottle must’ve been aging for a while. hops bitterness, sweetness, slight sawdust. falintly flowery. very faintly herbal notes. Tastes a lot like a successfull homebrew pale ale. Wish i had tasted this one as fresh. chriso (7586) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 26, 2008
Draught (I think - didn’t specifically note) at Kobehavnske Oldage, May 2006. 4.8% according to the festival programme, although I can’t say I actually checked at the stand. Orange/amber colour. Clean and fresh with lots of fruity character. The hops are quite restrained. Consequently the beer doesn’t have a great depth but it is a pleasant, quaffable drop.

50 cL bottle, thanks to Hildigöltur. Pours slight hazy yellow to orange with a diminished white head. Hoppy, slight spiced, malty and somewhat herbal. Flavour is slight sweet and somewhat herbal spiced. Finish holds a slight spiced note. Aroma hops gone as this was almost a vintage bottle, quite nice though.

Bottle. [Courtesy of yespr, thanks buddy] Average off-white fizzy head that mostly lasted. Clear sparkling body with a yellow / golden color. Spare lacework. Aroma of bread, grain and light floral feel. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation and dry texture. Light to moderate bitter flavour with light sweetness. Light dry and bitter finish. pivnizub (10766) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - NOV 26, 2007
Bottle: Hazy, orangey coloured, creamy lacing white head, distinctive floral-citrousy (grapefruity) hoppy nose, backed by a small amount of pale malt; dryish bitter (sweet) flavour, light bodied; smooth MF; lingering aromatic-hoppy finish. Good, fully flavoured stuff.......... MoritzF (10068) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - NOV 19, 2007
(bottle, courtesy of Hildigöltur & Dixen) Slightly cloudy, golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Light-sweet, lemony and piney hoppy aroma with a light malty sweetness. Bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Aromatic fruity and piney hops character on a smooth malty base; dry, sweet-bitter citrousy hoppy finish. Expired 1.5 years ago, but it leaves still an aromatic and fresh impression. Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - JUN 3, 2007
November 08. 2005. This APA has been brewed at Svaneke Bryghus. It’s golden, hazy with a nice, white head. The aroma has nice notes of aroma hops - and so does the flavour. It also has notes of caramel, fruit, flower and the finish has a nice, but rather light bitterness. I like this one, but prefer Danegeld. jerohen (2342) - Bussum, NETHERLANDS - MAY 25, 2007
Cloudy orange coloured, chunks of yeast floating around. Flowery and malty aroma. Watery and bitter flavour.
